The picture does not show the release latch and can potentially be troublesome when removing the cable. Can't really find a more reasonably priced mDP to DP cable anywhere else. |

Perfect for the job of connecting two new monitors to a video card with dual mini-display ports. It's great to get rid of the clutter of the big old DVI connectors! So much easier to cable manage these. |

I need this for a multi monitor setup. Worked great but the connector on the full displayport side feels a little cheap. It has a locking feature to keep it plugged in to your monitor. Cable did exactly what it should and was black in color, many DP cables are found only in white. |

Comment:
Cheap! Functions as advertised. Good gold plated connections with a latch on the larger finish. Cable is a bit on the thin side, but this does not seem to matter. I have two HP display port monitors, and a graphics card with mini display port connections. These had been perfect! |

Mini DP is becoming more popular and this cable does the job very well. The mini DP adapter that came with my HD 6970 was the source of many annoying issues. Now with this cable, everything is back to normal again. And it is cheap to! |
