Cons: Slightly larger form-factor than other simple adapters, but you don't need to carry multiple adapters.

We have deployed a number of MS Surface 3 Pro's which have the mini-DisplayPort connection. This adapters works perfect with it. Even on the first time connecting the VGA/DVI/HDMI connections are fully working within a second or two.The only thing I haven't tested is whether the audio signal is sent through the HDMI.
