Very compact, can be placed on a surface with a size little larger than the paper itself.Warming up was pretty fast, and paper comes out pretty quick after the printing has been initiated.The noise level is little bit lower than my previous printer. Not ninja silent, but quieter than the most.Printing quality isn't picture perfect, but adequate for everyday usage for school/work.Says it hold up to 150 pages on the tray, but more like little over 100 pages with the papers that I'm using. But again, unless you are trying to make a book, shouldn't be a problem.Doesn't include USB cable, Samsung could have invested couple more dollars on it, but for a budget printer, it may be little too much to ask.Overall, at a $40 price point, a great buy if you are looking for a simple and compact printer. |

Cons: So far, nothing. If I wanted absolutely to find something, they don't put a USB cable in the box, but 98% of those who'll read this have a couple in desk somewhere.

Good print quality and speed considering the low price.It can run pretty hot as I printed a 50 page document and I can see smoke coming out from the top of the printer. My old HP Laser printer did not get this hot.Printer has a very tight USB connector,I cannot force my existing printer cable into the USB port. |

Good price $40 for a monochrome laser printer that can print more than inkjet printer at similar price. The print quality is great too. I bought a $1.25 USB cable at my local dollar shop and it works fine.Great little printer for me to print b/w documents. |

Bought this printer to replace my hp ink printer and do not regret it one bit. My hp ink printer can only print 150 black and white pages before running out and a new black ink cartridge for it costs $20. The cartridge that comes included with this printer can last around 900. I only paid $40 for this printer and it's already paying off. $20 for 150 ink pages or $40 for a whole laser printer and 900 pages. You do the math. A new OEM cartridge that'll print 1500 pages costs $70-80 but I found some OEM spec aftermarket ones online for $30 that'll print just as much. |

the printer itself is really cheap..not the build quality..the price, the included cartridge can print 700pages according to samsung.printing quality is perfect for text printing, better quality than photocopiers they have in internet cafes, thing does draw a lot of power tho so beware. |

I got this PM for less than 50$ it works well and simply great for document printingi will recommand this to everyone who are constantly paying for your prints ar school, work, or near buy groceries. I have used Samsung printer for eighter years before this andi have only spent 40$ on tonner and there was no problems with itso i expect this printer to last as long as that. |

For the price that I got it on Boxing sale, this brand-new printer was practically a steal. The only complaints that I have is the lack of a USB printer, that it might not last a year (we will have to see), and that it is indeed a little loud (but I personally don't mind as I'm not constantly printing all day). |

This is the best priced throwaway laser printer that I have found as it is as affordable as inkjets on the market. It's small size doesn't take up much room on my desk and the only thing I can say that is negative is that the usb cable isn't included but one hasn't been included with the last 3 printers I have bought. |

Nice entry level laser printer if you can get it on sale. Would've been better if they included a cable but there is a full size toner cartridge (some manufacturers now ship with half size cartridges). Replacement toners cost $60-$70 so it's actually cheaper to buy a new printer than to replace the toner. |

good price and qulity is fine, I would recommend this to a friend!went in and out of store, hooked it up, put disk in and installed drivers works great. only complaint is that i assumed everything needed was contained with-in the box. make sure you have a printer cable, thats the only hiccup. |

Grabbed it on sale, and considering it was under $50, one can't expect the world. It's an inexpensive laser monochrome printer that gets the job done, nothing more, nothing less. Text quality is quite good, graphics are mediocre.You do need to buy a usb cable separately though, and while it's not a huge hassle, one would think that in this day and age they'd just throw one in... |

Bought this as a backup printer in case I need to print a few pages in a hurry. There are toner refill kits online for less than 20 dollars so the cost of operating this should be low.
