One thing, they don't provide allen key because they ask not to loosen it to ajust it. You have to force on the joint to place it as you want, do NOT ajust it with the side of your LCD, you will surely damage the LCD. But if needed, I'll buy an other one without a thought.

this product only fit screen under 20 inch. bigger one will be difficult to adjust. it does not move very smoothly. the design of wall mount is too stupid.

First of all, the unit I received also does not have the short/mid piece which makes that monitor above do cool things. There are two arms, though maybe you can buy that joint additionally (like the grommet mount that should be *included*). I chose these (2) mounts over the easy moving ones because I wanted to mount my monitors to the fireplace mantel and get them out as close to me as possible which means that they have to go downwards and out.. these arms have the max distance for that and not being easy to move means that I can bump them pretty good when stoking the fire and they don't move. However, trying to adjust them just about rips my mantle off! Indeed, to change the angle of the bar closest to the mount I have to use two hands AND should pressure! They say that they support up to 11 pounds.. my 22'' Hanns-G monitors weigh 12.2 with base I think, so they are a bit over 11 without probably. The mounts are very sturdy! I love them! If you want easy movement get diff mounts.

What you get does not look like the picture. The entire middle joint is different. Instead of four joints there's only three. Even the picture on the box is wrong. It moves easy side to side, but to move it up and down you better whoop out the wrenches. If you move your monitor a lot. You won't like this. If you do, it had better be attached to a heavy duty table.

I purchased this item last June. Initially I could not adjust it at all--I mean seriously I could not. I had to contact them a couple of times and finally they emailed me directions for loosening the joints. I found it frustrating that the three joints used different wrench sizes--so to adjust them you need 2 wrenches and 4 Allen wrenches. After loosening the joints a little, I was able to adjust the position, although not easily. After this it worked fine for a few months. Then a few weeks ago, the bottom joint stopped supporting the unit. I tried to tighten it without success, and have the unit propped up on a can from my kitchen cupboard--not ideal. I went to Lowes and spent $25 on just the right wrenches, and tried to tighten the bottom joint again. Still does not hold. I will contact Moview and see if they'll replace it. I don't recommend this unit. I was looking for something that would allow me to position the monitor as I wished while opening up the desktop.

I purchased one of these ITEM No. 755-1002 a year ago and love it. I purchased another last and received instead a new product ITEM No. 755-1026. I thought it was defective because it could not support my 22 inch monitor. I returned it and received another (TigerDirect Returns are great, they sent out a new one immediately and within a week the old item had been credited to my PayPal Account) The new one I received also poorly functions in some positions in that it doesn't support the weight of the monitor as does the old model. I rate the old model with 5 Stars, however, I am thinking about returning this one because in my opinion the design is defective.

This unit does exactly what it advertises. Be aware that it is very hard to move but once placed it stays where it should. The craftsmanship and design of this unit is excellent with an excellent warranty. I will be buying at least one more for my other monitors.

Great monitor arm. When alighing the top knuckle so that the horizontal knuckle is actually horizontal you feel like your breaking the thing. This thing clears up your desk a ton.

Extremely sturdy unit. I could not be happier with the strength of this support. It has freed up space on my corner desk that makes it much easier to clean as well as utilize the new space. As Gus said, the vertical movement is very tight, but definitely is an advantage as the monitor does not move once placed. The new space also allows one of our more snoopy cats to go under the monitor instead of over it! If anything is a disappointment, it would be that for my corner desk, it brings the monitor a little closer to me than I would have liked, but not a serious problem, and I am totally satisfied with it and TigerDirect.

Moview arm works great! Does exactly what I needed it to do -- free up my desk space. I find its range of motion more than acceptable.

Outstanding unit. Vertical travel is 10''...the instructions explain how to get the max height adjustment out of the arm. The vertical movement is tight, but I find this an advantage in that the monitor stays put once you place it. I love it and bought two MV15DC's for my smaller monitors

Very nice-looking arm. Overall good functionality. Pivot points work smoothly and hold monitor where it is placed. Vertical travel is very tight--just three stiff sections of flexible gooseneck tubing. Requires both hands to adjust. This is the only real disappointment. Sturdy construction and clamp. Very easy to install.
