Cons: - Nozzle gets annoying to clean after a while

Pros: - BIG ASS TUBE OF GOOP!- More than you will ever use for 10 computers- High performance, long life.- Non-Conductive- Cheap/g
Comment:
Great stuff. I use it for cpus, mosfets, and pretty much anything that uses a heat sink. Works well, don't really care for performance, big tube will last a while. PP price is sweet as well

Cons: Non-Sale Price

Pros: Price Matched Price'Value' Pack Size
Comment:
Grabbed a few of these with a price-match and tossed them into the fridge. Have enough TIM now to last me the next few decades haha =).Not much more to say that hasn't been said of MX2. No cure time, non-conductive, easy to spread (relatively) and easy to clean up. Temperatures within 2 degrees centigrade of the other 'big' boys save for the super expensive 'luxury' TIMs.

Cons: Tip may break off

Pros: CheapDoes what it is supposed to
Comment:
None what so ever. If you build computers often, this is perfect as its extremely cheap and the price to performance ratio is great.

Cons: poor quality syringe. The tip was broken off when I received it.

Pros: Much better than OEM pasteCheap when you buy the 30g tube
Comment:
This is great thermal paste. I like it much better than Arctic Silver 5. The very first thing I do when I get a new motherboard or video card, is to remove the heatsinks and replace the factory goop with MX-2

Cons: I wish there were cheap 30g containers of MX-3!

Pros: Cheapest price per gram. Awesome performance!
Comment:
This thermal compound is performance oriented and yields great temperature drops. At 1$ per gram you simply can't beat that. I totally recommend this product and I will definitely buy again!

Cons: MX-3 is better(the price is higher too tho) than this

Pros: Cheap(30 grams only $31.67)performance
Comment:
This is an awesome thermal compund with the priceHowever, if you want to have a better thermal compund, and you don't care about the price, I would suggest MX-3 is your better solution

Cons: -Lid is a hard to get off if you don't clean excess paste

Pros: -Best price/gram-Much better than included pastes
Comment:
While building a lot of computers I decided to replace the paste included on Intel's heatsinks and I couldn't find any better price per gram than this 30g tube here. Compared to the AS5 tube I had got before, I only notice a 2-3 degree increase which is debatable since they aren't under the exact same conditions.Despite any cons this might have, I couldn't bear to pay $7+ for 3g or $70+ for 10x3g when I could simply buy this 30g tube for $30 even if they dropped the temperature a few more degrees.

This is still one of the better thermal compound available. If you have multiple projects, 30g will be more than enough.

Cons: None.

Pros: Best quality/price thermal compound.Important temp drops from the cpu.
Comment:
Cost is lower then the mx-3 thermal compound and results are about the same. If you compare to the factory compound on the heatsink, you will see a huge difference.

One of the best thermal compounds that you can get. You can use this on everything from CPUs to GPUs to North/South Bridges. Can't go wrong with this giant tube!

Cons: Availablility, too bad it's not mx-3

Pros: Non conductive, 7 years setting, does not require cure time, sale price
Comment:
I've used this stuff for years and was was looking into getting a tube of MX-3 when I saw this one on sale. It's double the price of mx-3, but 7x the amount of grease; that's a win-win for me!

Cons: None (as long as you actually do enough to use this up)

Pros: Excellent cost / product ratio, and the mx-2 itself performs
Comment:
MX-2 works wonders, the only stuff you can get that really performs better right now is mx-3, and the performance increase doesnt merrit it's cost, and it's harder to apply than mx-2.The 30 gram tube is excellent for those who are in need of alot of thermal paste, it's much cheaper than buying multiple 4 gram tubes.

Pros: Cost (sale or price match), performance.

I use up a lot of paste so I'm glad this stuff comes in the bigger size, it's a lot bigger than anticipated but it should last a while. If you need a lot of thermal paste this is a great buy.

Cons: What weaknesses could you possibly have for non-conductive paste? This is totally awesome product.

Pros: Excellent cooling capacity, lowered the temperature on my machine by about 10C from the synthetic paste I was using before.
Comment:
Bought 2 of these thinking I would use one up in a year, but from the looks of it the packages are bigger than it looks on the site. Using the thermal paste on a number of processors and really can't think of anything wrong with it.Works as intended, and defiantly has lowered the temperature. Also nice not to have to worry about it causing a short in my electronics!

Cons: Can't think of any, I believe it has a 2yr shelf life.

Pros: Highest quality thermal paste. Out performs both Arctic Silver 5 and OCZ Freeze (just by a little like 2°C). Doesn't require a curing time, you can apply it and get the full performance immediately. This giant tube is like a small tube of toothpaste, just a little bigger than a travel size tube of toothpaste. Was on sale for $25.
Comment:
Well I bought this tube for $25 thinking I'll save a bundle. Now that it has arrived I'm looking at my thermal paste collection and I've probably got too much to use before it's degraded lol. I don't see how I'll get through all of it anytime soon.

Cons: None.

Pros: Best thermal compound on the market!HUGE 30g tube, will last you a long time.Non-conductive/capacitive.Great price.
Comment:
I use MX-2 on everything now. CPU, GPU, chipset, it works great on all of them. Temps are pretty much the same as IC Diamond paste that costs way more. The HUGE 30g tube should last me a long, long time. Try it, you won't regret it.
