Cons: lack of external power

Pros: the size of the hub
Comment:
if your looking to use this for 360/ps3 dont bother if you have a external hdd. maybe if its for a usb stick, keyboard or camera/memory card reader but thats it for the 360 or ps3. havent thought about using it with wii but i dont have that many usb accessories for that yet.decided to use with laptop instead.i had seen a better alternative if looking for a hideable usb hub for game consoles but i didnt want to measure the hole size of cable hole. http://www.ncix.com/products/?sku=26810&vpn=F5U402-02IN-KIT&manufacture=Belkin

Cons: Sometimes freezes when a storage device is inserted.

Pros: Plug-and-play, small size, extension cable included.
Comment:
I use this to plug a keyboard, mouse, and USB stick into a handtop computer which has only a single USB port.It worked fine right away in Windows XP, but sometimes all plugged in devices stop working when a Mass Storage Class device is plugged in. I need to unplug everything including the hub, and reconnect the hub and all devices one by one and hope that it does not freeze again when the storage device is connected. Also, for some reason the hub runs incredibly hot, almost scathing, it may give you a surprise when packing up after a long session of use. I usually use this hub when my system is plugged into mains, but I wonder if something that generates this much heat would add an unnecessary drain on a mobile device's battery.

Cons: none really

Pros: works just fine
Comment:
plugged it in and it worked right away on WinXP Pro (haven't tried Ubuntu yet). Has 5 nice green LEDs on it (not very bright) and it's a great way to add a few more USBs to a computer...

Cons: 10 bucks if not on sale

Pros: Works wellAllows for many more USB plugin devices
Comment:
Got this to allow for all of the new USB gadgets that seem to be popping up. It's tough to have a mouse, keyboard, tablet, printer, scanner and then have your camera, mp3 player, cell phone, etc. etc. plugged in all at once when you only have 6 USB ports...but this thing solved that problem.

Cons: No drivers, rendering it...USELESS AND COMPLETE CRAP!

Pros: Sounds Great!
Comment:
Bought it on the fact that it provided a USB2.0 Hub without needing a power adapter. Well, for whatever reasons, it is completely useless. Windows recognizes it as a USB device but can't apply drivers to it (no, not even the generic USB hub drivers). THe unit itself comes with no drivers to speak of, and nGear doesn't seem to exist outside of NCIX's realm (aka no drivers online either). So this thing pretty much does absolutely nothing escept light up five green LED's off USB power. It's not even heavy enough to use as a paperweight.I'd give it one star, but NCIX won't let me

Cons: my computers cannot recognize it well enough to allow any usb prodcuts to work

Pros: smallhas extension cable
Comment:
I got this when it was on sale and I thought it was be nice for my laptop since it only has 2 usb ports. I got it and brought it home and tried it..and next thign I know, I couldn't get it to work. I thought it was just somethign wrong with my drivers, so I tried it on my desktop...turns out it doesn't work there either -_- I'll probably try it out with my new computer when I get it...It's recognized as extra usb ports in my windows xp..which is a good sign, but doesn't matter what I plug in, it just doesn't seem to work.Hopefully someone can advice me where to find the correct drivers for this...

Cons: Construction de qualité moyenne.Acune possibilité d'ajouter une alimentation 5 volts externe.Rallonge un peu courte.

Pros: Pas cher.Petit.Parfait pour un portable.Rallonge incluse.

J'ai acheter ce concentrateur USB parce qu'il est petit et transportable ce qui en fait un accessoire parfait pour un ordinateur portable. Un bon achat pour $5.99 en solde.

Cons: nothing, except it looks cheap at first

Pros: Ease of use
Comment:
There is a cable included if you want to use it on a regular computer. But you still can plug it as is in a laptop and it does the job right! USB 2.0 as fast as usual.
