ZyXEL NSA221 Media Server
Stream and share music and photos with ease with the ZyXEL NSA221 Media Server. Engineered to support various server technologies, the ZYXEL Media Server also functions as an iTune server, a SqueezeCenter, a personal blog and photo album server for SqueezeBoxes, Laptops and PCs. It comes with a user-friendly installation wizard, which makes management and creation of backup media files and of photo slide shows with background music simple. Featuring a BitTorrent client that allows fast downloading and sharing of large files, the ZyXEL NSA221 Media Server is also enhanced with the high-speed DHT (Distributed Hash Tables) mode and TCP/UDP tracker protocols, enabling it to overcome the effects of slow and disrupted downloading. A further link capture support allows downloading of large files even when the PC is off - a particularly effective way of avoiding the system?s resources from being drained due to the enormous PC power required. To save on power consumption too, the ZyXEL NSA221 Media Server consumes 80 percent less power, compared to traditional PC storage systems, without compromise on performance.
