Cons: Fan is a bit quirky.

Pros: The cooling fan has adjustable speed.Having both USB 3.0 and eSATA.Takes SATA III as well. Sexy looking.

Very happy with it. Of all the 4-bay+ enclosures I've seen this was the best one for the price and I'm very happy with it.
