Installed on a new system with windows xp pro. It worked the first time and saved my netowrk encryption settings without an issue. I have never had a smoother installation from a wireless PCI network card before this purchase. And you cant beat the price at 9.99

This wireless card is worth a lot more than I paid for it. It works as good as any of the cards in my laptops. I have a wireless network in my home and I wanted to make my desktop into a media center. I lost no speed on my internet connecton. Stop thinking about it and buy it.

Had problems useing it on my pentium but works fine on my sons AMD. He likes it. The only reason i gave it a 3 on performance is i just coulnt be bothered figuring out what the problem was on my intel.

Opened and installed as soon as it hit my door. Have not had any issues at all running on an older 1.6GHz Celeron 1Gig RAM with WinXP. Very happy with this product, especially at the price I got.

I installed it in under 5 minutes with default Win. divers. Great connection speed, about 20% faster than the old card ever had (before it died). My connection is only about 40ft from the modem, so I can't comment on the range issues some people have had, just know I get full strength where I'm at. No reason to pay more if range isn't an issue.

Very easy to install hardware, software was a different issue. I run win 98 and could not get the software installed. I kept repeating the steps, contacted the manufacturer (they will not respond), anyway It just started working with no indication of software being correctly installed. I still can't figure out how to turn it on and off though.

Recently I stayed at an RV resort in Florida. I was able to set up two networks for my friends. They thought I was a computer genius. The product was easy to use and incorporate into the existing PC's.

Works fine with Windows 7 Home Premium. Easy to install, no problems. Not the most powerful and does not get a great signal but works fine for a small space. Good product for the money.

This card works, but was painfully slow, especially on uploads. It would also continually loose connection and my browser would timeout. All this while my computer says I have full bars. This card will be going in the trash. My cheap USB Linksys wireless card far surpasses this card in functionality.

Works well, haven't had any issues. Installed easily. Does what i wanted to do. If you aren't downloading massive amounts of media you should do fine with this product.

Very easy to install and setup. Took about 20 minutes to have it up and running. Would have only taken about 5 but that was me not the adapter. Signal strengh is good and from about 26 feet usually stays strong. For some reason when I start the computer the wireless adapter does not always start. I have to go in and manually start it. Sometimes it will just shutdown. For some reason it wil also drop the signal or become so weak it is useless, then it will suddenly work again. I haven't really had time to see what the problem is, since this is used on a backup computer I haven't bothered. When I have time I am just going to run a cat5 cable. If you have the choice stick with the cable or get a better wireless adapter.

Exactly what I needed in an inexpensive wireless adapter. Idiot proof setup in XP Pro. Did not even need driver disk.

Extremely well priced. Works very well. Satisfied with this item. Vendor does not appear to respond to requests for info but their website had drivers available. I would recommend this item to others.

It was a good deal to buy it. I was annoy by the card always stalling in every 15 minute or so to load up a page or when it download half the speed of the other wireless card.

I bought this adapter for my 10 year old computer so that I could load Puppy Linux on it and make it a super fast internet browsing computer. Sure enough, it works great. Linux recognized it right away and it worked perfectly right out of the box, no need to load any drivers or anything. This is a deal that is hard to beat. I highly recommend it, I may buy another.

Its only $10, so I was a bit reluctant at first. Seems to work great with windows 7! Easy to install, however my only compliant is the range. My router is 20 feet away and this adapter only gets 3 out of 5 bars. If on the boarderline, get it...

We have a wireless router set up in the living room of our apartment. I put this card in the computer in my bedroom, about 50 feet from the router. The connection I got from it was okay, but not great; it was certainly weaker than other wireless adapters I've used. I moved it to the computer in the living room, which is about 10 feet from the router, and it works very well in that one.

The installation was very straightforward. After the physical installation, I installed the drivers, but I did not install the management program...I am having Windows manage the wireless connection. It is working fine...I am very pleased.

Drivers don't seem to be compatible with Windows Vista (with all current service packs & updates). I had a real hard time getting the drivers to work. Anyway, I got it to work once, then it died. Maybe the hardware was faulty.

Great value. I purchased few of these, and it worked flawlessly with Windows XP and Windows 7, but it took me few hours of playing around with settings to make it cosistently work in Vista. (probably problem with operating system rather than the adapter) Included software helped set everything up in Vista, but on other systems everything was set up automatically. Very happy with the purchase.
