Cons: Weird input problems.

Pros: Excellent look and feel.
Comment:
I love the look and feel of this keyboard. It is very comfortable to type with. However, i have noticed that every so often on MSN instant messenger, certain keys do not input their respective characters. For instance every so often the "?" key will actually write some weird character ive never seen before. It seems to only happen with MSN and an MSN restart will fix the issue. This could possibly be a bug with MSN?Besides this weird problem, i absolutly love the keyboard. This problem can be quite annoying at times though...

Cons: Missing left Windows key, as others have mentioned, is a pain, especially for those of use who use it a lot.

Pros: Great keyboard and a good deal for the money. Solid key feel.
Comment:
This is a fantastic budget keyboard that feels more solid than its price tag. Nice long cord makes it easy to route around desks and tables.

Pros: Quiet!, Simple layout, Comfortable, Programmable keys
Comment:
This is a great keyboard and I love using it for strategy style games and for use with Excel spreadsheet. The Macros are a great way to link shortcuts together and for the price is definitely an essential tool! :)

Cons: Keyboard Layout

Pros: 10 Extra Keys for gaming, media control buttons
Comment:
I have been using Microsoft and Logitech Keyboards for the last 7 years, and with keyboard the additional keys on the side made it difficult to type. Took a while to get accustom to it. Got it on ncix weekly saleso totally worth it.

Purchased on sale and this keyboard has never been functional since I have received it. Tried on multiple PCs to no avail I'm convinced it was a lemon; have contacted OCZ on a replacement and will update  my review once the process is complete.

Cons: It's missing the left windows key.

Pros: It's got a lot of extra keys.
Comment:
Yes, the missing left windows key outweight any strength this keyboard can give. While it's a "gaming keyboard", it should still be usable as an ordinary keyboard. Gamers usually adopt shortcuts in games on their left hand... I'd imagine most would on windows as well. So this is a major issue. It's almost as if whoever designed this intentionally left a blank spot there just for their sick pleasures. It doesn't even make the keyboard symmetrical, just one blank spot on the left. It's not like they can save money by reducing one key, heck, they even supply extra keys for replacement. Good job genius, really... good job.

Cons: Palm rest is a bit hard

Pros: Good build qualityA set of replacement keys for those commonly used keys.
Comment:
For a keyboard between $10 - $20, you can't go wrong with this. It is a very sturdy keyboard for gaming or just general use. It can take a lot of abuse. The macro keys work without the need to install drivers, so it keeps my system resource to a minimum. Highly recommanded to anyone looking for values in a good quality keyboard.

Cons: Have not come across any so far

Pros: Sturdy, keys have a nice cover, large and price
Comment:
Got this board for a relative who plays a lot of online games. All the macro buttons work good, the keys give a nice feeling when typing like you actually know when you have pressed a button. Decent for long periods typing things out. 3 months of daily use and not one issue at all. If you see these at a weekly NCIX.com sale then go for it. Quality product for the price

Cons: questionable driver for newer OS

Pros: lots of macro keysnice lookno risk buy when it is on sale+rebate
Comment:
This is a very good keyboard for the price I bought at. The driver might conflict with Windows 7's autoupdate  driver. This will only affect the 10 macro keys. For a 64bit windows 7, I had to manually find the driver within the cd provided to make the macros work.

Cons: Only one Windows KeyCan be easy to hit macro buttons accidentally.

Pros: InexpensiveQuietComes with extra keys
Comment:
Bought this keyboard to replace my 15 year old serial keyboard. This thing is FAR FAR quieter than the old one, and looks much better. The macro buttons on the side are a good idea, but they seem too easy to bump by accident. Keys also feel smaller for some reason, so it takes a bit to get used to. There is also only one windows key on the right side which makes it hard to use the fancy features in Vista/7. However it does come with a set of extra keys, the ones that most gamers will be using up first.

Cons: -Heavier than my old basic keyboard, but this is expected as this keyboard is larger and has more functions.-The rest is a bit small.-No backlights, but this is not needed.

Pros: -Very cheap-Rubber keys-Attractive design-10 Macro keys-Ability to swap around all keys-Media and Internet controls-Nice feel when key has been pressed-Gets the job done while typing and gaming
Comment:
This is an amazing keyboard. Being the first keyboard that I bought which is made for gaming, it has been a great experience. The OCZ Alchemy Elixir is the best keyboard I have ever had.Although this keyboard does not have some of the fancy features like illuminated keys, it will get the job done (for a low cost, too!). The keyboard features rubber coated keys, 10 macro keys, all keys are programmable, internet and media controls. This many features for a low price of $15 (After MIR. The price might change over time, but this is how much it was when I got it.) is a steal! I would gladly recommend this keyboard to anyone who is wants a keyboard that is something more than a basic keyboard.NCIX and UPS did a great job of getting this keyboard to me in great condition. I will gladly buy from NCIX again. To conclude, if you are looking for a keyboard that is something more than a basic keyboard but don't want to spend a fortune, then you should order this right now! Cons: Quality control?: springy #9 keyKeys a bit too slim for big fingers

Pros: Very cheap, nice tactile feel
Comment:
Was disappointed to find a springy #9 key: hard to press. The keyboard has a very nice tactile feel. The keys seem a bit slim compared with the Microsofy keyboard I have. Easy to press 2 keys at once if you have bigger fingers. For the price I paid on special, its a decent deal.Update:I put a paper clip between the keys #9 and #0, and it dislodged a very tiny piece of plastic. Keys are perfect now. Keyboard is nice to use and have a very nice feel. This review was modfied by poster @ 10-11-09 04:18 PM

I got this when it was on sale for $15. Very nice gaming keyboard for the price. I got this for my 2nd gaming system as I am using a logitech g15 for my first. Definitely this keyboard is not built as well as the g15 however, for the price you can't really complain about it.

Cons: - Does not have the Windows key on the left hand side

Pros: - macro buttons- works in both Windows and Mac OSX
Comment:
Windows 7 has a lot of useful shortcuts that use the Windows Key. Sadly, this keyboard only has it on the right hand side which is less than ideal. Mac OSX also defaults the Apple Key, used for almost all shortcuts, to the Windows key. Missing it on the left side makes it harder for me to use them as I usually use my left hand for shortcuts. Cons: Handrest feels a bit tacky (aesthetically speaking only)

Pros: Great feel and look - subtle with lots of functionality with none of the clutter
Comment:
I just picked this up and love it to bits. It makes a clunky hollow sound which may or may not be a good thing for you. The response is great, and the keys are rubber coated and feel very nice. I'd highly reccomend this board to anyone who is looking at performance keyboards but would like to stay entry level. Great price, great product. Good job OCZ!

gave this a 5 because the only other keyboards i've had experience with were the cheapo 10$ microsoft kind, this blows them out of the water in every aspect!if this exact version came out with lit keys i'd jump to that immediately. :)

GREAT keyboard! I really enjoy typing on it! I really appreciate the smooth feel of the rubber-coating... It's really comfortable! The feedback is perfect!GAMERS: There is a quite neat "feature" on this keyboard that G15-G19 don't have: there is no "windows" button on the left side of the keyboard so there's no chance to accidentally press it while in game!

Cons: - Limited macro length.

Pros: - Great price.- Rubber keys feel nice, comfortable to use.- Good layout of macro keys.- Fully featured drivers.
Comment:
I really like this keyboard. For the price, it is excellent. While it does not have fancy features such as backlighting and LCD displays, it perfectly functional for users who don't need such embellishments.I very much like the layout of the macro keys. While many gaming keyboards put all the macro keys on the left side of the keyboard, this one places some on each end. Many gaming keyboard manufacturers assume that gamers will be using the WASD cluster and place all the macro keys within easy reach of that section of the keyboard. However the WASD cluster is often awkward for left handed gamers, many of whom use the keypad instead. This keyboard is one of the few I've seen that actually places some macro keys in easy reach of the keypad so that left handed gamers are not ignored. This feature in particular makes this an excellent keyboard. The only weakness I've encountered is the limited macro length. While the marketing claims it supports 16 keystroke macros, the drivers interpret a key press and key release and seperate actions. For instance if your macro includes the F1 key, "press F1" and "release F1" count as 2 different keystrokes. This effectively limits your macros to 8 keys, not 16.
