1250 watts with an 80+ gold rating, can't beat that. On a single 12v rail with 102 amps typical. Energy supply averages involving 87%-90% efficiency. Totally modular. Quiet and cool running. Has a 140mm intake fan for cooling. Dual 8 pin CPU cables, six sixư pin PCI-E cables and plenty of other individuals to spare. Nicely braided cables. The energy provide came in shiny, higher high quality packaging. Not that it impacts functionality. Cost is decent for what you get. The cables are too short. I had to rethink my complete upper case arrangement to install this power provide and it took hours. Appears a bit light for what it's supposed to be, but doesn't look to be affected by it. The molex energy connector are very poorly assembled. The pins are all at unique angles and heights. No loose wires, but it takes some fiddling to hook up something to the 4 pin molex. All other cables are of high top quality. The connecting finish of the PCI-E cables don't match as tightly as I'd like them to. This PSU has it's share of advantages and issues. But it's got it where it actually counts. The sack. I mean, in raw energy. It's running my program totally more than clocked, and cool over time, totally steady. Running Core I7 980x 4.4Ghz, 12GB DDR3 1866 Mhz, liquid cooling, cold cathodes, Blu Ray, Multiple hard drives, tons of USB devices, EVGA X58 Classified, and XFX HD5970 Crossfire at 900Mhz core, 4800Mhz RAM. Going from a Cooler Master Genuine Power Pro 1250 watt with 6 rails to this and I appear to be obtaining additional stable power to my 12V devices due to the single rail, and higher efficiency. I knocked off 1 egg for the issues that irritated me. Nevertheless, the value is right for this kind of energy. I can recommend this PSU. As lengthy as you're OK with the cons I listed.

Professional packaging w/nice bag for extra cables, totally modular, extremely quiet so far, full set of cables essential to do 3X SLI, has a regular footprint. None have cropped up so far I'm running 2X GTX 460, eVGA X58 mobo w/i7 OC to 4GHz, a full watercool answer wቨV pump, 2 SSD's, 2 1 TB HD's, lighting, 5 fans...and no power concerns so far. Have also modded the ATX and PCIE cables to individual cable sleeves. Not sure if this is a con...ATX cable has some serious looking capacitors...four in all which includes three seriously large ones)...PCIE has a single every...mainly because of the capacitors it's tough to make DIY cable sleeving appear decent.

I like the cable setup given that all cables can be removed. Also it is small if i ever get a smaller sized case this would fit. Like the switch in the back for ground when working on unit. From what I read it has good effectiveness... I have not tested it just going on specs. Wish there was an solution to not have the cables for sata energy strung together... it is great when you will need it but stinks having the remainder hanging when you dont require all 3 plugs... since the sata power is in sets of three to a cable. Runs cool and quiet. Plenty of power. Works flawlessly. Extremely Advised! Doesn't have 6-pin connector! It would be far better if it has it. My first develop by myself and every little thing run smooth. Don't worry about the single rail. Significantly quieter than the Ulta X4 750 Watt PSU it replaced. Smaller than what I expected for a 1250 watt PSU. Wonderful value specifically with a ฮ.00 rebate. Lots of cables and it's 100% modular and 80+ gold rating. It also looks fantastic. The 24 pin is just long adequate for cable management and is very stiff. The 8 pin mb energy cable is not long sufficient to run behind mb. A genuinely good PSU with a couple of issues that could make this a good PSU. Yhay said, I am really content with this acquire.CM HAF 932EVGA For The Win 200 MB8GB Kingston Hyper X 񢃀)i5 760 Ɠ.eight)EVGA GTX 580Noctua NH-D14OCZ-ZX 1250 Watt PSU1TB WD Black

Worked flawlessly powering three GTX480's, i7 2600k oc'd for about three weeks. Most likely got a defective unit.Modular system is incredible.80 plus gold certification.Fantastic packaging. I feel like I got my monies worth, just wish it lasted longer. Died after 3 weeks of 8 to 16 hour a day use, and a few nights of becoming on all night. Slowly crashed when I was watching a live starcraft stream, could tell it was starting to die, now it won't even energy the motherboard LEDs. Put in an RMA, I want one more one. I know these factors are good quality, just hoping I got a lemon. My rosewill operated sli gtx295s and its 1000w, lasted for more than a year and a half and still functions as a substitute whilst I am psu-less. I would have expcted my rosewill bronze to go out before a excellent ocz gold cert. product. Superior luck subsequent time.

Cons: Not a solid build

Pros: 1250W, modular
Comment:
Well, if we look the feature of this power supply, it is very good. I took it because their was a special, and I got it around 170$...But, the first one started to make fan noise after a month. OCZ replaced it via a RMA, but the one they sent me broke after 1 day. For now, I'll say stay away from it.If it wasn't that trouble for me, the only bad thing I would say is that the CPU power cable is a little short.

Power provide works Great Very Quit. I tested Voltage Off my MB 12,five,three And so on.. all rock solid stable.fancy Box, bla bla bla...Great Energy provide Extremely Suggest there is some cons tho Read Below... Ok 1st, PCI-E cables to brief To route Out the case And behind Motherboard Wanted a Good clean NO cable look But that wasnt going to take place. Second Proble is the Plug ends For the molex connectors exactly where they Plug into the energy supply, OCZ guy Listen up ,you need to have to turn sockets about the other way becuz once you plug them all in you cant get your finger on the realese button to get them out ! you require to sit there with a screw driver and fanagle them out, Thirst and lastly Make the cables softer And Plug ends Better ,cables way to stiff and the plug ends are no manufacture to well some pointing up some down and so on... but im not going to subtract a egg for those minor Adjustments that require made.. Great Energy provide Deserves A good Rating.. Pros: Looks sleek

Looks sleek. Have had no problems so far other than having to use an extension cord to plug in the mobo (using the haf x case, so it is a large distance)Good for the price. Bought on sale for 200, 1250w. Won't need to upgrade soon!

The best deal after rebate for 150$ for a 80+ gold certificate. Fully modular, small in size, backed by OCZ for 5 years - truly the smart choice for any enthusiast. It's made by Great Wall which is the same OEM that manufactures PSUs for Sparkle so its probably the best China can make at the moment. Very happy with my purchase. Recommended !

Cons: Don't know if 5 years is gonna be long enough for warranty ;))

Pros: A Monster at a tiny price ($150 after MIR - still in mail)
Comment:
Got mine at sweet $149.99 after MIR (which is still in the mail). At that price I just couldn't resist "the steal". I was impressed with the accessory packadge included - nice bag with all you need for connectors in it. So far everything seems to be running up to specs with PSU cool and silent (compared to some of my fans - stock intel ...) Thi PSU is a complete overkill for my new build, but it leaves my a lot of room for future expansions (already in plans). My only wonder at this time is wheather the 5 year warranty this PSU comes with, will outlast my need for speed ;)

Cons: - 8 pin cpu cables are short- molex pins crooked

Pros: - smaller than other 1200W psu's- Price- 3 way sli/crossfire compatible- efficient / runs cool
Comment:
Installed in a HAF 932 black edition case. Just barely was able to route the 8 pin cpu cables behind the motherboard tray and up to the cpu. Had to carefully shape/bend the cables close to the ends in order to plug them in on both sides. Capacitors under the heatshrink tubing on the cables also made it time consuming to cable manage the 3 gtx 470's in my system. Other than the short/stiff cables, the psu works as advertised and is a great value.
