Cons: - Had to flash mb bios before it accept the ram

Pros: - Overclockable
Comment:
- Good overclockable triple channel ram, very performant with my i7 930. I spent a lot of time finding that I had to flash my x58 mb bios bought on 2010-04-11, the computer would not boot before it gets warmed up.

Works really flawlessly with the new i7. Have no problem so far. Brought it for $169.99, could have waited for a lower price. Nevertheless, good value.

This ram worked right out of the box flawlessly. The triple channel might be a gimmick but it still offer great performance. Overall good and affordable ram

Put this ram in a new build,I had to return the product after spending hours and several hundred dollars to determine that 2 out of 3 where defective. If your system is acting up check the ram first. This was an expensive lesson.

This product is not worth even trying. I bought it trying to save a little money but should have just bought quality ram. I finaly after 6 hours found settings that would work. 9-9-9-20 80 T2 at only 1250. This ram will not overclock at all so don't buy this product if that's what your looking to do.

I've used this with my Intel Core i7 920 overclocked to 3.4GHz on an ASUS P6T Deluxe V2 and an ATI Radeon HD4870 512MB Graphics Card. This RAM and CPU combo was an upgrade from an AMD FX-62 CPU with 8GB of dual channel DDR2 800MHz RAM. This squeals! Fallout 3 and Microsoft FSX run at maximum graphics without any crashes or glitches.

So far I've taken it to 1585mhz.. Im not sure how far I can push it, but this is great ram. Running this speed on an I7 920 rig overclocked at 3.98ghz

Cons: - too expensive- got the 1600 for same price

Pros: - MIR works- got it free express shipping

over all, it is a good rams that do the job with triple channel memory. ncix however must show better prices, i dont really like the best offer they can offer, since we all know it is fake that it is below cost while this item is on sale. i already bought it for cheaper at ncix, so there is something incorrect about that.

This set operates flawlessly in triple channel mode. I have it installed in an --- with core i7(920) and X58 chipset. Much cheaper than the manufacturer's modules. You can spend more for memory, but most people won't need to. Recommended.

Cons: none.

Pros: works with i7 920 and x58MB
Comment:
Bought this for my X58 motherboard and i7 920 configured pc build and works great. Came with heat spreaders and is low voltage and very quick. Bought it for 153 , but recent prices show it for less. Chose this product after much research.

I didn't know what to expect when building my new rig, but I am more than impressed with this ram. Been using it for over a month with no problems. I would recommend this to anyone looking for better performance. Works great when oc'ing too. Please note - in order to get the best performance, make sure you can change your DIMM voltage and timings in your bios, otherwise this is just 1066MHz ram.

I've been using 3 of these OCZ sticks along with 3 - 1GB sticks that came with a Dell XPS Studio 435MT. Evidently the order of the memory sticks makes a difference. When I first tried these, I just removed a 4th Dell 1GB stick of memory, left the old sticks in the 1, 2, 3 slots, and put the new OCZ 2GB sticks in the 4, 5, 6 slots. It worked okay, except that it often couldn't recover from sleep or hibernation. I called OCZ support and got a friendly, helpful tech who suggested switching the slot order. He made it clear that they would work with me to be sure I could get the memory working. I was impressed. I reversed the slot pattern, putting the new OCZ 2GB sticks in slots 1, 2, 3, and the old Dell 1GB sticks in slots 4, 5, 6. It seems to work fine. I don't think The Dell XPS Studio's voltage can be adjusted, so these sticks will run at a slower speed (I think it's 1000mHz), but that's been fine with my machine. Other than that, I'd recommend these.

Fantastic value at $90! even at full price it is not bad. Works beautifully, very stable. Bought 2 sets, and one had to be returned due to 2 dead sticks (hence the 4 stars for quality). OCZ and Tiger were extremely helpful and prompt in replacing the defective product - I asked OCZ how there could be 2 dead sticks if these are checked in triplets - they replied that sometimes with dramatic temperature changes sticks can go bad in shipping - makes sense in MN where at the time it was minus 20 F...still, I've never had that happen before.
