This SSD is very fast. The reads are limited by the SATA II interface, not the SSD itself. Boots windows 7 in around 10 seconds and loads programs incredibly snappy. The drive worked for about three months. After this Windows started freezing immediately after a couple of hours... these hours turned into minutes... minutes into seconds. The drive was disappearing from the SATA controller all with each other. I now have a really quick SSD for the 1st 30 seconds my personal computer is on.Support from OCZ is a joke. I have opened 2 RMA tickets and am but to even recieve instructions on how to return the piece of junk. I do have to admit, I'm not all that excited about the RMA anyway... Great quality, sandforce controller, came with an adapter bracket. None so far I bought this drive for my parent's computer system.
