Only 3 gram.
Pros: an OCZ product. After price match it becomes a worth buy. Comment:
I did not find any difference between this one and some other normal/cheap thermail compounds (come with heatsinks or fans.)I think it needs a container to protect it otherwise the tube could be broken by somehow... |

Used this for my new gaming rig (AMD Phenom II x6 1055T) and a 5-year old PC (Pentium 4 3.0GHz w/HT). Keeps my phenom cool and lowered my temps of my Pentium 4 by around 10 degrees! |

Pros: Do the job, easy to use Comment:
I bought it for a 2 years old pc from Acer. My processor was a Q6600 the first revision so it get hot pretty fast. I was getting 60C in idle now I have around 44C. The processor ain't overclocked (it's not possible any way) but be assure to get around 10C less vs a stock paste. I also use this paste on pc I build my self and it work well as I say it is easy to use as must paste and it do a greath job. Vs the Mx2 I would take the cheaper. |

Was impressed with how well this works with such a small amount used. CPU stays around 42C most of the time and i haven't had it go over 47C with a max workload for 20 minutes. |

This thermal paste works extremely well. It reduced my overall temp to about 9 degrees celcius. Now I can overclock my Phenom II without worrying about overheating. |

I used this as a over all clean up of my system. My CPU had recently been running kind of hot. So I ordered a new case and some new Thermal paste so I could give my heatsink fan a cleaning. Put this stuff on after cleaning the old stuff off and my machine combined with the new case was running about 20 degrees cooler. |

Just went picked this up. I went home and immediately applied this to my processor. Application of this compound was very simple as expected. I use a Pentium D 820 2.8 GHz processor which runs very hot because it's 2 P4 cores on 1 die. It idles at about avg. 50 degrees C, about the same temperature as before. Very good product and don't need very much to be used. Decent price and good quality from OcZ as usual. |

After reading others suggest not to use the stock compound provided with the CoolerMaster V8 cooler, I picked up this. Managed to PM this for half the going rate - bonus! |
This is your mediocre thermal compound paste which should only be used for your average computer that you semi care about. But if your talking about higher gaming/Over Clocking, i would go with the mx-3/mx-4 as you would notice a higher difference in temperatures. The mx3/4 is about 6$ more, for about 8ish degrees in temp. Check out the specific review where they test, plus i heard it is easier to apply onto the cpu for a more even distribution of the paste.
