Cons: attache de ventilateur difficile a installer

Pros: performance
Comment:

Cons: May block RAM slots on some motherboards. Somewhat difficult to install fan on heatsink with rubber grommets.

Pros: One of the best bang for the buck air coolers around because of the HDT design. Read some online reviews and you'll see what I mean. Cooling performance is amazing.
Comment:
Buy it if your on a budget or not, even the best air coolers are not much better than this at all.

Cons: none

Pros: Cheap, efficient 3-heatpipe cooler
Comment:
Awesome deal at $10 after mir. Just as efficient as the Xigmatek HDT-S1283 cooler. I prefer the looks of the latter one, but the OCZ Vendetta 2 was one third the price ... Recommended.

Cons: -Push pins(but they sure do grab)

Pros: +Cools well+Easy Install+Fairly quiet
Comment:
Picked this up on the boxing day sale. It runs on a Q6600 system and for the price is very hard to beat. As a plus, the fan is fairly quiet(PWM). While the stock pins are not ideal, they have held my freezer 7 pro on for a long time and the mounting pressure this thing applies is actually very good.

Cons: Installation of the fan wasn't too fun

Pros: Cools so much better than the stock heatsink
Comment:
This heatsink cools like a champ. It lowered my CPU temperature while being extremely silent. I love it.

Cons: - Push pins

Pros: - Cools amazingly well!- Really cheap (when on sale!)
Comment:
I got a second Vendetta 2 when it was on sale. These things are amazing! Very quiet and cools really well. The only problem is the pushpin installation - get the installation bracket and you wont regret it!

Cons: Really bigReally hard to install

Pros: Works really wellQuietComes with a good fan
Comment:
I snagged it during the boxing day sale for only $5~ after MIR and I feel like I cheated NCIX. The heat sink is awesome and dropped my CPU's temperate about 10 degrees (40C to 30C~). The heat sink comes with thermal paste which was nice. The heat sink did cause some trouble though. The thing is huge and barely fits in my Antec 300. Also installing it was really hard until I learned a easier method of doing it. Which is: Installing the heat sink on the mobo first and then sticking on the fan with pliers. Once I learned the trick I can now install the heat sink in 5 mins. Other than installation trouble I haven't run into any other problems yet.

Cons: Difficult to install

Pros: Not too loud, decent performance.
Comment:
I've an mATX mobo in an Antec 300 case. I had to remove my mobo out of the case and take out the RAM before I can mount the heatsink and the fan because of its size. Other than the installation, it's quite decent.

Cons: Too tall

Pros: Price (boxing sale), performance, quiet, standard fan size
Comment:
Great little heatsink. Only problem is that my case isn't wide enough and the tips stick out a bit. I had to cut a hole in the panel to make it fit.

Cons: AMD retention mechanism is poorly designed

Pros: Excellent cooling performance
Comment:
The value one gets from this heatsink is unbeatable. It cools just as well as some of the $50+ competitors. The fan is relatively quiet, although I would suggest replacing it with a Scythe 120mm for ultimate quietness.

Cons: I suppose I could complain that it wasn't free............

Pros: CoolQuietEasy to install on an AM2/3 socket
Comment:
Last computer had an Arctic Cooling heat sink that I was quite happy with but this unit was well spoken of in the reviews, happened to be on sale while I was ordering and well..... that's how I ended up buying one. It turned out to be the perfect choice.... inexpensive, and works really well. I used a different heat sink paste than what was supplied with the unit but I'm sure either works well. I sure don't see a need to spend more on a heat sink when this one is around. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.

I got this heatsink for my desktop and it's big yet most importantly cools my cpu great and is relatively quiet. Much better than the OEM for sure. Buy while it's on sale and you can't go wrong.

Cons: It's a big size heatsink, doesn't fit every box

Pros: Cools the CPU very good, quiet
Comment:
My stock heatsink was to loud, so i replaced it for the Vendetta 2 and i wasn't dissapointed. It has worked fine so far. The only problem is that it is a big fan and heatsing, it almost doesn't fit in my midtower computer case. If you have a smaller case it won't fit.

Cons: alittle big, if your computer is a propritary mobo it might not work.

Pros: A great Heatsink
Comment:
This heatsink didn't fit my mobo, but that wasnt the heatsinks fault it was the fact my mobo had propritary screw holes. I read alot about this heatsink and it does amazing in the reviews unfortunately it won't work for my new i7 coming

Cons: large size, somewhat difficult to install

Pros: good cooling, low noise, impressive looking
Comment:
I was hesitant to go through the installation for this heatsink simply because of the large size... I had visions of it tearing the mount loose from the motherboard. It took about 30 minutes for the installation and was a very tight fit in my case. But once it was done and I ran the PC Wizard 2010 program to check it out I was impressed. MyAMD Phenom II X3 720 is overclocked to 3.5Ghz and with the standard AMD fan was running between 35 and 40 C. With the Vendetta installed it is tracking between 21(ambient) and 25. The hardrives run warmer than that!! 4 Stars only because of the installation... still easier than water cooling though.

Pros: low noiselow tempsamazing price (paid a buck with rebate on boxing day)
Comment:
my core 2 duo e6400 b 3 ghz temps have dropped between 10-15 temps during load and idle compared to the stock cooler and is just as silent. My only gripe was the installation, toke a little longer then expected through trial and error but would still recommend it.

Pros: direct touch heatpipegood fan
Comment:
Overall this is nice cpu cooler. It keeps my stock phenom II 955 at 30c idle, 44c while gaming and 52c while runing prime 95 large FTT. Ambient is 22c.The rubber inserts used to set the fan on the heastsink make for a troublesome installation.

Cons: Huge (might be a problem for small cases or motherboards)

Pros: Low priceQuietCools very well
Comment:
Dropped my E6600 temps from 55 degres to 40 (idle). I had a rough time installing it since it's really big and barely fits in my case (Antec Sonata II), but 10 minutes of work made it and it's been perfect so far. Pretty silent too for such a big heatsink, much more than the stock cooler. For 30 bucks (before 10$ MIR), I can't really complain!

Pros: Price when on sale, Out performs stock cooler by miles, Quiet
Comment:
I bought this on boxing day week when it was on sale for 2$ after the mail in rebate. For two bucks I couldn't really go wrong, and this is my first venture with OCZ and aftermarket heat sinks. I'm definitely impressed with the enhanced ability to cool my CPU without adding fan noise. Considering I got it for next to nothing, the thing is definitely worth more than what I paid for it.

Does a really good job at cooling the cpu.Used this on my E5200 and made it really easy to overclock to 3.5Ghz+.Great "Sequel" ?? to the Vendetta I.

Cons: -Intel installation pushpins-I'll definitely buy a bolt through kit the next time I need to install this-One pushpin required me to almost break my thumb to get it in properly

Pros: -$2 (after MIR)-Keeps Core 2 Quad very cool-Basics of what are required to mount is included
Comment:
This was a great deal when I got this for $2 (after MIR). I was ordering other things so I thought that I might as well get it. It's definitely an upgrade from my other cooler. This keeps a couple cores on my CPU at room temperature while a couple other cores are slightly above. Under load my CPU only gets as hot as about 40 degrees C. If someone is doing an Intel installation I recommend that you get a bolt through kit.

Cons: If you have tall ram, you will block ram slots close to the heatsink on an AM2 board. Also, can only mount with Fan facing up or down on Am2...would be preferred to face sideways :(

Pros: 1) Cooling power vs. stock. Went from 40c idle to 30c idle, and 48c load to 37c load on a Phenom II 920 OC'd to 3.0ghz.2) Installation ease: Mounting fan can be tough. Do it before installing heatsink, and use needlenose pliers to pull through the rubber things. It may feel like you're going to rip them in two - just go slowly.3) Silence. I cannot hear the thing at all.
Comment:
This thing cost me $24 with shipping...for the results I got, one of the best PC purchases ever. Good riddance stock cooler!
