Cons: Really not designed for overclocking. It comes OEM so you need to figure yourself how to place it.
Pros: Cheap and very good replacement for stock cooler. Very easy to install. Come with pre-applied thermal paste. |
I bought this for a friend basic build. I had an "old" e6600 to put on his motherboard but my Intel stock cooler was dead. I bought that cooler with no high expectations but still it gives a very good cooling (about 2 degrees less than the stock cooler). So if you want to overclock your system this IS really not the one you need.
