Cons: No Sata Wires

Pros: Great Board
Comment:
I could be wrong, but I don't think this comes with any Sata wires. The board is great, isn't a power hog, like these video cards and I use the bluetooth on it to connect my PS3 controller to my computer. If you do that, you can't use any other bluetooth devices. I wish it had more ram slots, but 4 is ok. Also it was 8 sata connections which is great. I have lots of hard drives, (you gotta buy more wires and connectors)

Cons: Bit pricy

Pros: Great BIOS, Stable for OC, Looks great
Comment:
I've had this board for 8 months now and havn't had a single problem with it. OCed my 2500k to 4.5ghz with an aftermarket air cooler on the first go and it has been rock solid every day since. To top it off, it looks very nice with a black pcb and blue hardware.

Comment:
Used this motherboard to build a computer for my friend. I have to say, this is the best motherboard I have ever worked with. The board itself is sturdy and you can tell that ASUS used quality materials. Everything is spaced out quite nicely, and the board is really easy to work with, even in a mid tower. I highly recommend this to anyone going for LGA 1155!

Over this is one of the best board I have ever work with considering I got it for under $200. Comes with lots of accessories and really easy to overclock. I have a i5 2500K at 4.8Ghz with very little effort.

Cons: "Double boot" - long POST times

Pros: Very stable for overclockingLooks greatUEFI BIOS
Comment:
This board is wonderful for overclocking. I currently have my i5-2500k running at 4.5 GHz at just under 1.28 V - and required me to change only 2 settings in BIOS. Has lots of great features and the UEFI BIOS is a great step up from the old text-based BIOS.The board goes into a "double boot" when you cold boot it but it seems from looking around the internet that this is a common occurance to stabilize the BCLK frequency, so can't complain too much about that.

Cons: - Long POST's

Pros: - Most stable board I've owned in 20 years!- Insane OC's (currently k 5.2GHz i2500k on water)- SSD Caching!!!- Nice heatsinks- Functional layout
Comment:
I'm not kidding when I say this; this is literally the best and most stable mobo I've owned in 20 years of PC building/oc'ing. In the past I've had good luck with Asus, but found a few other brands like Asrock, EVGA to be more stable on insane overclocks with tons of voltage. EVGA has gone the way of cheap PCB's the last 2 years, and I've switch Video card & mobo brands after having a ton of failures.I'm currently working in Windows 7 at a modest overclock of 5.2GHz on water for the i2500k and this board!!!! WOW. This is insane. The Vdroop on the board isn't too bad and I love the ability of this new chipset to compensate for it. I'm currently running very high on the vdroop correction. This board required NO pencil resistor mods for the first time in my life of owning Asus!!!! :DThe SSD caching feature on this board rocks. I picked up a 60GB OCZ Vertex 2 for $50 during the sale. Amazing caching and windows loads fully in 7 seconds.Bar none the best feature rich board I've ever owned. I have a feeling I wont be upgrading my PC for a LONG time.

Cons: single latch DIMM sockets

Pros: nice layout4 sata 6G and 4 USB 3.0 portsstable overclocksgraphical BIOS
Comment:
I've come back to an ASUS mobo after trying an EVGA one. I've had no problems thus far and have come to appreciate the quality that ASUS puts into their products. My only complaint and it's a minor one is that the DIMM sockets have a single latch instead of one at either end. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is willing to spend around $200.00

Cons: -had trouble with the BIOS, saying I had an error with setting up the CPU fan when it is connected, I searched the net about it and it's a common bug.

Pros: -easy installation -manual is pretty straight forward-MSI boards we're easy and was afraid that this wont be but ASUS proved me wrong.
Comment:
For its price and what it offers, it is a good buy. I am still getting familiar with the overclocking and by the looks of it, this motherboard will help me understand it a lot easier.

Cons: 90degree SATA Cables, SATA ports right under Graphics card

Pros: Lots of USB, eSATA port, Great board all around
Comment:
Great board, works well. Not a fan of the bios screen flashing 3 times before it boots the first HDD but at least it's quick. The SATA port placements are awful, as the graphics card sits right over top of them, so unless you have tiny girl hands, you are going to have trouble plugging those in after your cards installed. Also came with SATA cables with 90 degree angle ends, which makes it impossible to stack hard drive right on top of each other with the cables that come with it.Overall a good board though, no issues except minor placement ones listed above.

This MoBo has been working excellent for me (so far). I doubt it will die on me in the near future. You can put the 2500k in its paces easy to 4.5 with minimal BIOS changes. Took me about 10 minutes to set it up. Stability tests are the ones that eat up most of your overclocking time. Most of the other good things are covered by preview reviewers. I merely wanted to stress the point that this board is an excellent choice! This review was modfied by poster @ 10-30-11 01:54 PM

I got this as the backbone of my Sandy build. It's a beautiful thing! First boot up without OS, bios blew me away! Slick, clean, feature rich. The included software suite is also awesome. If you're getting a mobo for Sandy and in this price range, you see what I picked, and proud of it. Had nothing but good experiences with Asus boards.

Cons: Needs another 6GB/S USB3 Interal port for cases with USB 3.0 on the front of the case

Pros: Super easy to over clockLooks GoodLots of placed to plug things inEAUI Bios
Comment:
Overclocked my 2600K from 3.4 to 4.4Ghz in about 30 seconds with the push of a button. Super easy to do. No complains so far.Only a minor complaint but: My corsair 600T has a front mount USB 3.0 port. From the port is a USB cable that is supposed to attach to the MOBO. However, this board comes with a USB 3.0 Board to attach to the back of the case (giving you two additinal ports). This wires to the internal 6GB/s connector... So in short, no USB 3.0 for the front of my case.

Pros: Good solid Build QualityStableFriendly Bios
Comment:
This is a great board. Looks great. Easy to work with. Onboard resset/power buttons. The Onboard video works well as a second display or with Lucid Virtu. Good Asus quality. Rock Solid.BUT, you might want to read the manual. This board will not let you install SLI or Xfire setups without disabling some features on the board like esata, usb3 etc. Their higher end boards do not have this issue.

Pros: StableCompetitive feature setNot MSIGood BIOSIntel LAN
Comment:
Stable board, plenty of USB and SATA ports, decent layout. Accommodates a Corsair H100 with no clearance problems.Easier install than my last Gigabyte board.
