Cons: a little tight to fit everything in

Pros: Solid BuildLots of expandabilityno problems
Comment:
This is a great board and has delivered excellent quality for home movie making computer. the only bad thing about the board is that it is a little small to fit everything in together but that is to be expected from an 1155 mobo and all i did to help was buy a EATX case so i could fit my hands in better

Cons: ASUS RMA, Support

Pros: Great Board, great when it worked....
Comment:
As long as you don't run into any problems with the board it's great and has a lot of features. Recieved a dram led and would not POST. Been dealing with ASUS RMA for a month and just sent in my 2nd board for repair... frustrating.Origional board was a ASUS P8Z68-V Pro, Asus sent me a ASUS P8Z68-V Pro GEN 3 - Still would not work. Happy with NCIX

Cons: - finding and updating drivers for Win 7 was a bit of pain.

Pros: - has all the bells and whistles, great for overclocking.
Comment:
Bought it around Dec 2012. I coupled the motherboard with i7 2600K and Noctua D-14. As a result - a stable 4.8Ghz overclock, no issues so far. I am quite happy with the performance.

Cons: No PS/2 port. Had to buy a ps/2 to USB adapter for my keyboard. Onboard sound is not the best.SATA cable locking system is extremely cheap. I broke two of them.VRM heatsink mounting is not ideal. Uses push pins instead of screws.Glossy PCB.Onboard Power & Resent buttons light up.

Pros: Onboard power & resetPretty solidComes with internal USB bracketUses a LOTES CPU socketThe Intel LAN is great. No need for NIC. Black SATA cablesASUS UEFI is actually pretty good. Q connector for front panelEasy overclocking switch.
Comment:
This a great motherboard. I've used ASUS products for a while and I will continue to do so. All the cons are little things not worth docking a star. Just to note that the on board power and reset buttons light up when computer is plugged in. Even when the computer is powered off. This is annoying because I have a windowed case and when I go to sleep those lights are bright. But this is not much of a big con because they light up to remind you that your computer is being powered to prevent you from working on it with power on.

Bought this originally for my new build, but returned it shortly thereafter since I switched to an ivy bridge processor and didn't want to bother with using a bios update  to add support for my new cpu.great board all around, just wasn't what I needed after.

Cons: DOA, Bad Tech support.

Pros: Lots of features for a great price. Supposed to be excellent for overclocking.
Comment:
I have always been a fan of ASUS products but this one was dissapointing. Received the motherboard and installed no problems. Kept receiving errors when booting, and sometimes it would not post at all with no red led's. Called ASUS for support and their support was terrible. Contacted NCIX and they were helpful with creating an RMA. Hopefully I have no problems with the replacement. Will update  feedback if I can.

Cons: As with just about any mobo, connecting the PSU to the Mobo's 6pin/8pin connector is a pain when the PSU is at the bottom of the case (like a p180). Just run the cable under the gfx card.

Pros: Solid build qualityGreat lookingFeatures for computer enthusiastsGreat bios flashing utility
Comment:
It's the little things that matter with mobos. For example, attaching the HDD LED, PWR, RESET, etc case cables to a motherboard can be a huge pain in the ass, or relatively easy. With this case, it's damn easy as there's a nice little header block that you can attach them to before setting them on the mobo. It's things like these that show this mother board was made by people like you and me that build and assemble the computers. The power and reset button built on the motherboard is a nice addition when testing/building. No more using a screwdriver on the motherboard to turn it on.although the heat sinks look close, I never really felt cramped working on this case. Everything is positioned nicely and sits nicely on the board. This was my first board with the graphical BIOS. It seems like a cool idea and all... but nothing really more than a gimmick. What I found very cool was that the bios allowed me to load a bios update  from a USB key without making it bootable. From the bios, you choose the bios flash utility and it will scan your system. It found my external HDD and a thumb drive which allowed me to flash the bios without going through the whole 'bootable media' thing that previous bios' did.All in all, this is a great board and I highly recommend it. Worked pretty nicely with an i7 2600k and allows a large amount of OC potential.

Cons: Not the latest chipset. If you need a new board go with the Z77 (or later). No Ivy support.

Pros: Lots of connector, lot of bios option. Really stable.

Bought it a month before the Z77 but i'm still very happy with it.Pretty stable with 16 gig ram and a i5 2500k.

Cons: RAM slot a little to close to the CPU

Pros: Solid board, Easy to overclock
Comment:
I have a Coolermaster Hyper 212 Plus attached and it's kind of covering one of the ram slot making it impossible to insert  ram there. Don't see me using it anytime soon but would be nice to not have to replace the cpu heatsink to get to it.Overclocking is as simple as just changing a few values in the bios and away you go.

Pros: Auto overclock tuner.Bluetooth is compatible with MotionJoy
Comment:
Good OC tuning feature if you have a unlock cpu. The bluetooth is compatible with motionjoy but range is extremely limited to about 12", 1 foot give or take a couple inch. USB 3.0 connection on the board doesn't seem to hold the bracket header too good, easy to come off. Otherwise good board.

Built a system for a friend using this board. I cannot stress enough how well built this board is. Overclocking fast and stable, currently sitting at 4.6 GHz with low temperatures. The color scheme is also very nice. I would make this purchase myself when the time comes for me to upgrade my system.
