Cons: Human sensor doesn't work with everybody. No sound out port.

Pros: IPS, Speakers sound good, 5 video inputs, Pivot stand. 4 port USB Hub.
Comment:
Great monitor, love the IPS, I plugged it in and the colors was perfect. Built-in speakers sound good with no cracking. Monitor's menu is very easy to use. The human sensor is cool, but doesn't work with everyone who sits in front of the screen. best monitor I ever owned, im really happy with this monitor.

Cons: -Red bar across bottom of monitor( prefer solid black)-motion sensor turns the monitor off quite a bit even though you are in front of it. Best to turn the feature off

Pros: -One of cheapest ips panels you can buy-colors are decent-portrait or landscape swivel
Comment:
Bought for a video editing set up. I am surprised of the quality for the price, I have had zero problem with it since purchase.

Cons: Thickness.

Pros: All the ports you will ever need. VGA, Display port, HDMI, DVI-D, USBs.IPS Panel - awesome viewing angles
Comment:
the best thing that attracted me to this model is the 90 degree pivot feature.. Its great for professional work and reading as it turns into a longer 23 inch monitor - ie it's a widescreen. It is heavy, but I can live with that, amazing build quality. Will last you ages. Really future proof, and for the deal i bought it at, that is just barely 10 over two hundred, this is a steal in it's class. will be more than good for gaming.. 23 inches is big enough for - noting that I use a 19 inch setup at work. Always love to be home :D.Thanks NCIX for putting the lowest deal on this. trust me i shopped around!BTW - I got 3.

Cons: A little pricey (you get what you pay for!)Two of the USB ports are on the back.Less features than the PA238Q

Pros: Fantastic colour reproduction and the sharpest display I have ever owned.Stand is totally adjustable and the screen can rotate.Comes with VGA and DVI cablesHas DisplayPort and HDMI ports.Four USB 2.0 portsThree year rapid replacement warranty (with free two-way shipping)
Comment:
After installing the monitor the first thing I did is turn the brightness way down to 50%. The colours on this IPS screen are so much more vibrant than my previous monitors. The controls on the right side of the screen are easy to use. I have no dead pixels and I see no sign of any bleeding that some have reported on the web. I was a little hesitant about paying the extra over a similar sized TN panel, but now that I can compare LCDs side by side, the extra is a worthwhile investment. My next monitor purchase may be its big brother, the PA246Q with a P-IPS display and a 10-bit LUT (1.07 billion colours!)

Cons: On my monitor there are 2 spots where the backlight bleeds on the side. It's not a major issue though, and they are only really noticeable when the screen is dark.

Pros: Very crisp image, vibrant colours, awesome viewing angles, very flexible (height adjust, pivot, etc)
Comment:
Big upgrade from my old 1440x900 19" Dell LCD. This is my first time using an LED backlit monitor, and I must say, it makes a huge difference.

Cons: - DP cable not included- human sensor can be annoying- cabling can be an issue if you are trying to run a multi-monitor setup in portrait view (e.g. in a 3 monitor setup: hiding the bezels of the left and right screens behind the middle screen)

Pros: - inputs (DP, HDMI, DVI)- colours are crisp and clear- great alternative to their more expensive Dell counterparts
Comment:
I bought 3 of these for an Eyefinity setup at home. You get what you pay for (and cheaper compared to similar Dell monitors). The Displayport (DP) input is a welcome addition for this price range. Would definitely buy 2 more for a 5-monitor setup if my budget permits. Has almost everything you need for single or multi-monitor configurations. It gets 4 stars because the human sensor is gimmicky and it does not include a DP cable.

Cons: Good colour but not the shocking "wow" I was expecting

Pros: Attractive designDecent resolutionGood PriceGood coloursHeight adjustable stand
Comment:
Purchased this display as a gift for myself on my birthday; it was an impressive upgrade from a 6 year old 19" at 1440x900. The height adjustable stand is probably the most notable thing; it made me realize how much more comfortable an ergonomic workspace is. The human sensor is primarily a gimmick and I disabled it within minutes of first use.

Cons: might be going end of production. No HDMI or Display Port cable in box

Pros: great color reproduction, affordable Display port!
Comment:
great secondary monitor, now wish I got three of these for triple display. No USB 3.0 Hub though, not that big of a deal have four or six on my rig. The four port USB 2.0 is wicked though for every thing else I need to connect. Gobble these up before its end of life.

Cons: Takes a lot of space on my desk.

Pros: Looks great, you can rotate it, and you can raise it on the stand. Non-reflective. Has DisplayPort, HDMI, VGA and DVI input.
Comment:
This monitor looks awesome. The colours are sharp. At this point, I'm using it vertically as a second monitor beside my main one. Being such a wide screen, and using vertically, it makes editing documents so much easier as I don't have to scroll as much. The usb hub included is quite useful as I don't have to reach the tower anymore. There is some eco feature on it that will shut down the monitor if it doesn't detect anybody in front of it. The first time it happened, it was alarming and annoying. I thought something was wrong with it, until I figured it out and disabled it.

Cons: Human Sensor is frustrating if you don't fidget.

Pros: Gorgeous picture quality, good price
Comment:
My first thought when pulling it out of the box was "well aren't you a big bastard". Its a massive upgrade from my old 19" Dell LCD, with amazing picture quality, no ghosting and lots of flexibility in regards to positioning. My only gripe is that the 'Human Sensor' - which I thought would be a really cool feature - is really just a pain in the butt. Maybe it just doesn't work properly on mine or I sit too still, but I kept having to lean side to side to get it to come back on!ASUS included a cable tie in the box too, which I thought was a nice touch.

Got this for $209.99. Despite It going for $199.99 previously I didn't care as IMO It was still worth the extra $10 as I didn't want to wait!I also purchased the "Express Coverage" to guarantee no dead pixels only for the price of about $10. The monitor Itself didn't come with any dead pixels but I wanted to make sure!

Cons: Speakers are crap. no volume buttons. Useless gimmick that sense when you are near and turns on the monitor.

Pros: Stylish. Excellent colour. Good for gaming. Great for graphic design.4 port USB hub!Tons of input options.
Comment:
Great looking monitor. Images are bright and crisp, with no visible ghosting on fast moving objects. Looks fantastic for graphic design and just as good for gaming. The speakers are pretty crap though. Sound muffled and distorted even at low volumes. Was hoping to use them as the front L/R in a 7.1 setup, but that went out the window quickly. The 4 port USB hub is great. 2 under the monitor to plug in things that usually stay plugged in (mouse, bluetooth etc)and 2 on the side for flash drives, controllers and the like.

Pros: IPS, good angles
Comment:
I bought this for $199.99 and I must say it is one of the biggest and baddest monitor. I can see from all different angles so not bad for this price. I was going to get a Korean brand but I didn't want to order from eBay as it's going to take a few weeks. I went ahead to NCIX and got this for a good price based on spec/performance.

Cons: You can't make the OSD orientation match your display's orientation.

Pros: Human Sensor turns off the screen when it senses no body in front, and it works.
Comment:
The factory default colors seemed a bit cold to me. The buttons for the OSD are easy to press, as compared to a Dell 2408WFP. It only goes into portrait mode from one direction: clockwise.

Pros: very good image qualitygreat frame and all the adjustable featuresIPS which has much better colours than TN panels
Comment:
if you are looking for a good IPS screen that isnt too expensive like the Dells, this is pretty much the one to go with. the PA238Q is the other option as it has a few more professional features. this is more aimed for the regular user but is still acceptable for professionals

Pros: *Rich colours*Bright*Responsive*Good off angle viewing*Adjustible for height, tilt, side and screen rotation
Comment:
This is a very good monitor for the money eventhough I bought it elsewhere for less ($179.99 pre-tax). I'm used to working on a Dell IPS monitor which this one replaced. I even found the speakers to be adequate and convenient when needed though I wouldn't rely on them as a main sound driver.

Cons: No display port cable

Pros: Beautiful screen, easy to use controls, presets are pretty good, no image ghosting in games (Diablo 3 and Eve Online), no glare from the screen.
Comment:
Hooking up this screen moved me up from 1680x1050 resolution, and I could only hook up the first of the two screens I bought until I could buy a display port cable (eyefinity). The only problem with that was that I could not get the display size correct at first. Even though I had the resolution correct, using a HDMI cable left me with a box around the entire image until I knew to go into my display settings and change the overscan to 0%. I bought two of these monitors and have an extended desk top display and absolutely enjoy the image on both of them. This was a great purchase for me. No backlighting problems, no dead pixels, I just love it. For the price I got it at ($219 each), this is an excellent option.
