Got this ram on sale for 36.99. Was a little concerned that it said "Designed for Intel 6 platform" because this is being used in an AMD system, but it works so far without issues. To be specific, the board I'm using is an ASUS M5A97 AM3+ board with an FX-4100.I've had pretty good with Patriot RAM and as a brand in general. Not sure how well this RAM overclocks or anything like that, but it's fine for what it will be used for. |

I have put those in a HTPC with a ITX motherboard and case. I like them, because the heat sinks do not take space above the RAM. It is excessively useful in this cramped type of environment. Also, they behave well and are very affordable on sale. |
