Looks good... The problem I had with this power supply is that the sata energy connectors are terrible. The fronts of them broke off and even when I got them sitting solidly on my tough drives the sata information connector could not match... I would not get once again.

I like this energy provide mainly because it does not feel affordable. Has a fantastic opening for the fan, and all the wires are really neatly bound by a black mesh. Has a lot more than adequate power connectors for three - 4 sata devices as nicely as 2 video cards. Not enough energy, would have liked it to be 400w alternatively. For the cash this is a great deal, but if you system demands a lot more energy this PSU will not match your criteria. But if you method is a low-power program then this is most likely the very best bang for the buck. Happy egging

Rapid shipping from newegg.comNice black colourIncredibly low priced.Plenty of useable cablesRuns quietPotent adequate for a standard Computer Has a funny smell to it when first taken out of the box..like glue or anything. For this price tag, you can't go incorrect if you will need a PSU to run a simple residence workplace pc.

Quite Quiet, and Light.Nice design.Clean Cords. The Initial one i Ordered Burn out following about 4 hours and took out the motherboard with it, lucky for me i had just built it significantly less than 30 days ago, so i was In a position to RMA the PSU and the MoBo - right after RMA i let it run fora night, and so far so good. Not to sure of this brand, Initial time obtaining it and it Shorted out, so be warned.

8pin EPS 12v connector. Low cost. Relatively quiet. Cables are wrapped in mesh. Decent length and connections, lends itself to straightforward cable management. Light weight. Lacks the heavy really feel that the "name brand" PSUs have. In a PSU I regard that as not possessing as beefy a regulator and so forth. Required the 8pin EPS 12v connector for a SuperMicro server board. The box runs W2k3, has 2GB of RAM, a single core Celeron proc, 1 HDD and three NICs. I anticipate that this PSU really should be able to cover it without having incident. Only time will inform as far as longevity.

For the price, this power supply has anything you could want. 6 Pin PCI-E powerfourǞ Pin 12v rail (CPU power stuff)four or 5 SATA power (the black skinny ones)A lot of peripheral connectors (standard white onesꆆ watts of power, which is great for a moderate Computer make. Like other folks have mentioned, it does smell kinda like glue immediately after unboxing, but that's not genuinely a con. Just an observation. Develop I'm making use of it in is:MoBo: Asus M2n-e SLICPU: Athlon x2 4200Gfx Card: ATI Radeon 4850RAM: 4GB of DDR2 800OS:Win7/UbuntuNothing at all also higher finish, but adequate to run most games at 40-50 fps on higher settings. Energy supply has enough juice to handle a fairly fantastic OC on the CPU and graphics card. About 15% OC for both from stock clocks.

Worked fantastic for a low energy budget build. Sleeved cables and quiet operation. Need to be cautious to remain within your power price range. Powered a 65 Watt E7200 Core 2 Duo and an ecotech low energy 9800GT. Gamed for hours devoid of any issues.

Performs fine, fan is quiet, effectiveness (I tested it independently) is quite higher (over 80%) None. I employed this to make a standard technique for a buddy to watch films on and play the occasional game. It does the job well on a spending budget.

I didn't need to have significantly power (no optical drives, only a single ssd, passive-cooled 9600GT) so in that respect it's maintaining my computer system going just fine. The black finish is great, goes nicely with my black-finish situation.Fan is at a affordable noise level; not whisper quiet, but not really noticeable.Good black sleeving, superior cable lengths, and for me a surplus of connections; once more only powering a mobo, graphics card and 1 ssd here. None as of yet, but soon after reading about it seems psu's like these are quite substantially hit or miss; at this value point what else can you say? This is my initially power supply acquire; I'm merely blown away by the presence of an on/off switch! So 5 eggs for now, but as long as this point will last is any person's guess. And as generally good job to Newegg for the speedy arrival!

Cables are sheathed.Fantastic assortment of connectors.Quiet.It appears to be a well created item. Only time will tell if it will final. Motherboard cables are a bit short, utilised this in a situation that bottom mounts the fan and barely created the motherboard 12V connection. Look closely at the connectors, the 12V motherboard connector is an 8 pin connector that comes apart into two 4 pin connectors, this took me a bit of time to figure out as I was mistaking it for an eight pin PCI-E video card plug.

Great finish on the exterior, nicely sleeved cables. General a really appealing unit sans the large label diablotek puts on it, but even most of that is black so its not a huge deal. Fan runs full blast, but is pretty quiet. Cables are genuine brief. Sata and molex connectors are alright, but the motherboard, cpu and pci-e connectors are way as well brief. General develop high quality is lacking with undersized transformers, low worth schottky diodes and low value major switching transistors. Low worth inexpensive chinese filtering capacitors on the output. Fine if you hold the load beneath 200W, but I wouldn't trust it for any longer than that.

Excellent cost.Plenty of the appropriate connectors. This unit has a great solid feel to it.Powers up a standard Pc I built for a client. When it is initial pulled out of the packaging, it has a powerful glue smell to it. Kinda weird at initial, but promptly dissipated. This is the initial time working with a Diablotek PSU in one particular of my builds, and it has been holding up, and powering up the most current clients personal computer.

Quiet fan, excellent price, no concerns with install. The only reason I get rid of an egg is due to the fact of how the cables have odd ends on them. For instance, the 4 pin connector for the board has a 6 pin in the line with it... would make it challenging to use it on a PCIe card that would require it. Also, yet another cable had a wierd 2 pin cable attached to it, which I can only assume would be for an 8pin PCIe connection. Not suggested for those employing PCIe cards that need six or 8 pin connections with a motherboard that demands a 4 pin.

cost. DOA. Poor Diablotek excellent manage This is the second Diablotek power supply I have had complications with. The initial was with their 450-watt model. I built a laptop for my brother making use of the 450, and soon after acquiring it all assembled, the on-off rocker switch on the power supply didn't function. I didn't make a stink about it since the power supply was otherwise working as advertised, and I didn't want to return it just simply because the rocker didn't work. This 350-watt didn't function at all when I installed it and tested negative with a power provide tester. These are uncomplicated assembly problems that a company with a adequate good quality manage initiative could quit if they had one.

Quickly shipping, got it in two days. Fantastic value. Nice color, looks great. Cable management is a minor concern but not sufficient to make me think twice about this buy. I purchased this to replace my 305 watt power provide to replace my 305 watt which I ended up giving to a friend following hers died. Win/win! Surprisingly I noticed a performance improve soon after working with a SATA connector on my tough disk from this power supply instead of getting one run only from my mobo.
