very good value, excellent performance others complained about noise. My other fans drowned out any noise it may possibly make. usually bear in mind you get what you spend for for the most component. this unit performs better than other โ dollar PSU, but not on par with 贄 units.

Fantastic price and lots of SATA connectors Dead out of the box. I purchased this as a spare Power provide. My main unit started screeching so I took this off the shelf hooked it up and it was dead. Never ever worked. If you try this PS Test it before your 30 day return is up.

Large fan covers the complete suitable side of the case and is very, incredibly quiet. Lots of SATA+Molex connectors, much more than I can use in my server. I had no challenges with brief cable length as reported by other individuals and I'm working with it in a complete size ATX Tower. All cables wrapped in black mesh tends to make for a bulky installation, although manageable. Wonderful PS for the cost. Has a 3-year warranty.

The big fan is ideally placed to supply very good cooling not just to the power provide but also to the rest of the case. I have purchased many of these units to replace older unit that have failed. The high quality for the cost can't be beat. It's not modular, all energy supplies ought to be modular. This is my standard replacement energy provide when the originals die, just make confident 550W is adequate.

Fits great in my IN WIN Dragon Slayer MicroATX case. Constructed a good little spending budget gaming rig with Asus M4A88T-LE mobo paired with: AMD Athlon II x3 three.two, Gskill DDR3 4GB, XFX ATI 5770 1GB DDR5, 500GB SATA HDD, and Samsung BluRay combo drive.Unlocked my 4th core and ran ASUS auto-tune overclock plan for a small enhance in efficiency.Ran Crysis on quite high and AA x8 with no problems, avg 35-50fps! Note my Television only makes it possible for displays at a 1024x768 res, so fps numbers might go down if I raise the res. Nothing at all. Really should have gone with the 650w model for บ a lot more to run some much better overclock numbers. Wish it have been modular. Get this PSU

I may be writing this also quickly since it is only been operating a couple of weeks. But i like the energy provide, quiet and extremely easy to get installed. I have none yet and hopefully don't have to update this with any! NEWEGG I enjoy your shipping .. I get it like two days following i order it, even on a sunday. Maintain it up, even though Tiger-direct is also close to me and they ship nicely, you have supplied an overall superior support method than them.

You get what you pay for! Fan died immediately after 6 months of light use. Purchased two of these, a single for 1 of my rigs, and a single for a client.Following 6 months of use, the fan on mine began creating speedy clicking noises, then died altogether. Good luck getting a hold of Diablotek tech help! I need to know superior than to skimp on a power supply.

This power supply is a best good quality item. I was very pleased with the amount of believed and effort Diablotek place into this power provide. All of the cables have plenty of length to reach everywhere inside of my case. Every single cable is wrapped in nylon to keep you organized. It has a good finish on it and delivers the 550 watts. I would absolutely obtain from Diablotek once again! None

it looks fairly good wouldn't even get my mobo to POST, if you're going to be working with a modern processor and board don't acquire it, runs my friends older board alright but has some stabiliy problems sure it works on an older technique but the hassle is not worth the tiny bit you save. DO NOT Buy THIS PSU!

Quiet, gives me no troubles, mesh sleeves on the cables to retain the Computer's inside neat. The fan is large and so it's quiet lead to demands lower rpm. None so far. Wish it was modular to get rid of unused tails, but you wouldn't get it from the low priced model. Got it free with a video card bundle. Was sitting on the shelf unpacked for a year and I decided to replace on in my desktop just for fun. Works all ideal for a month so far.

I have been utilizing this for a year now and it has continuously been moved from situation to situation and from one personal computer to yet another, and it nevertheless functions right now. The fan inside the energy supply began to act up about a year from obtain and would at times even quit spinning or modify rpm quickly. It is a very very good Power Supply, I would suggest it for a affordable ุ, that is a good deal for 550 watts

Totally none. Bought this with the A-Information Gaming Series 4GB DDR3 ram combo.Hooked it up to a ASRock M3A770DE mobo + AMD Athlon II X3 455 Rana three.3GHz Socket AM3 95W cpu.Attached a COOLER MASTER RR-H101-22FK-RA 80mm CPU Cooler, SAPPHIRE 100293L Radeon HD 5570 1GB video card, PCI wireless nic, 1 SATA harddrive, 1 IDE DVD drive.Harddrive died in 2 hours. Removed it, place it in another box I had, fired appropriate up. Put it back in with the Diablotek, fired up then died in 10 seconds. This energy supply is GARBAGE. Avoid it like the plague..... You get what you pay for. And with this, you get a affordable busted ื.99 energy supply.Even if your trying to develop a budget gaming rig, save a couple of added bucks and get oneself a good power provide. This thing is horrible...

Got it to replace my old dead power supply. So far I've no difficulties with it when I use my personal computer for standard usage (check e mail, easy photo editing, silverlight development). When you push the graphics card - watch video, play games - the fan tends to make some noise. The power provide is not silent but not loud. If you'd have much more than 2 or 3 computers in one particular space I'll not use this. Okay energy supply for light usage.

Very first of all the issue looks like an air conditioner when you look at the picture. Quite surprised that it fits in my Inspiron 530 mini tower. Powers my nVidia GTS250 extremely properly. Kinda smells like its burning when I'm playing high graphics games. There's no drop in performance whatsoever though. I have a feeling its due to the fact I'm pushing the wattage appropriate at the limit. Must have gotten a 650 watt. I advise that people use that wattage calculator and get a tiny much more than 50 watts above what it says to give yourself some headroom.
