I bought this for my sister's birthday when it was on sale. She just finished it after putting 8 hours into the game, and said it was tons of fun. I would defiantly recommend this game! |

Cons: - There is some boring "running" at the start of the game.- Had two puzzles that id figured out the entire puzzle expect for step #1.- There is no skill involved the puzzles, its all "figuring it out".

I still have yet to play online, but the single player campaign is good. If you liked the first game, you will like this one. There are many new aspects to the game (things the effect the level). I also really like how they removed those annoying slow glowing balls from HL, and replaced them with lasers that move instantly (so you do not need to wait to find out if you miss placed the portal). VALVE, who are the Masters of pretty much any game that they touch have done it again!PORTAL II is quite possibly the Greatest game ever created! From the impressive puzzles, the amazing storyline, the rich and smooth graphics, the sounds/music to the hilarious insult jokes!There is nothing bad about this game! Once again, Valve has produced a very entertaining game, though it feels short, like the original Portal game.A free DLC pack is scheduled to be released in the summer to augment what's there, hopefully with harder puzzles because the single player puzzles are not challenging enough for me.The co-op mode is currently where the most challenging parts are, and I enjoyed that a lot. |

This is the best game I've played in the last 5 years. The fact that it contains absolutely zero violence (unless you count turrents ;P) is just amazing. I can't recommend it enough.
