Simple installation into my vacant RAM slot. Powered up with no glitches. Improve in speed (I previously only had 6 GB ram for a Windows 7 system working with AMD Phenom Quad core chip) is rather noticeable. None so far. My other 3 ram chips are Samsung 2 GB DDR3s. The Patriot chip had no compatibility troubles with the Samsungs.By the way, the value was suitable (only ล) and Newegg's delivery occurred inside 1 company day of the order placement! |

After spending some time with this memory I have been able to get it to 1600Mhz 24ǝ steady @ 1.7v!! The timings can also be made tighter, 7-7-7-20 is not out of attain on stock speed and voltage. Doesn't come with a heatsink to permit even more insane speeds? |

Functions fine in my ASUS M4A785TD-V EVO. None that I see. Prior to you build. Investigation Analysis Research!!!! Verify every thing for compatibility, it will save you a lot of headaches. Often you will get a bad element but remember, every thing is produced with a human involved and we are born to make blunders. Happened to me after. The memory operates. It does what it is supposed to.Have not tried over clocking or anything yet. I bought this memory for the price tag point with the mail in rebate. Followed all the claim guidelines to a "T" and got a denial from Patriot. They mentioned I did not send in the UPC's from the box. You genuinely feel I would waste the time to fill out the form and burn a stamp?I bought four dimms, so one would assume you would get 4 rebates back, as it noted on the rebate type. On the other hand, Patriot also said my claim is denied mainly because there can only be one particular claim per household. This was a Neweeg.com and Patriot Memory promotion. Shoppers that shop neweegg are commonly far more technical and want the very best price.I have also study a bunch of strings on the net speaking to the Patriot Memory Rebate Challenge.I do not plan on acquiring Patriot RAM in the future to save a couple of bucks. |

Affordable, quick (enough), and doesn't run to hot. Does what ram does. Will purchase an additional for my rig quickly. Not substantially... I knew what I was acquiring. Will need an additional for 4GB in my rig. No need to mess with bios, currently set at correct settings. None, least expensive DDR3 1333 2GB ram and it's Patriot a name I trust. Only purchased 1 stick because no one else reviewed it so I wanted to make confident it ran and had no issues. Now I will probably purchase another stick. |

This RAM fit my motherboard perfectly. I have windows 7 Ultimate which utilizes about 900MB of my 2GB RAM. I can nonetheless play quite light games, but I will absolutely get another a single of these to increase it up to 4GB. It says 1333Mhz on the details web page, but my computer system only says 800Mhz. The 800Mhz may well be triggered by only obtaining one in there, hopefully it will speed up when I get two in there. Low cost Got two sticks of this for a new custom make. 1 week after installing Win 7 House Premium 64bit I began to get blue screen errors. I tested the ram and 1 stick came out terrible. I contacted Patriot for a RMA three occasions now and nevertheless they have not contacted me back. Don't take the possibility, stick with Kingston Corsair or Essential.
