Bought one, lasted 5 months then the fan started scraping. The company sent me a replacement, and the fan on that one didn't even turn on. I am currently waiting on yet another replacement. Buy one of the later models, and save yourself the trouble. |

Works exactly as advertised with no problems. I've seen reviews where others complain that the USB cable is to short and this may be true if ALL of your USB ports are on the left side and all the way towards the front of your computer. Otherwise the cable is perfect. It does everything I want it to do so I am happy with it. |

works as described, it has 3 settings and all work well. two small issues, one is the usb cord, there is no where for it to go. it just kinda sticks out there in the way. the other is it is just a tad heavy and or bulky. Other than these two issues it is well worth it. I would buy another with no problem. |

When I received this item it appeared that this item was just what I was looking for in a laptop cooler. The fan stopped working on my third use about 5 hours. I will return the item and search for a better laptop cooler. |

I was a little leary buying a product after reading some competitor reviews and thought the ones for this might just be some puff. Boy, was I wrong. This pad does exactly what was described in the specs and makes it easier to use my laptop. |

I ordered it and it was shipped in a very timely fashion. It provides excellent cooling.It could have additional usb ports but then at the price I paid can'ttraniman cmplain too much. |

tg. shipped it quicker than i expected thankyou tiger. its for my wifes laptop and i was showing her while checking it out and it is great i turned the fan on (low) and thought it didnt work but i just couldnt hear it. and the metal mesh got noticaably cooler quick. it has 3 speeds and turns off a few seconds after you close the computer I'M IMPRESSED |
I bought this item from another vender but wanted to inform you of the less than satisfying experience with this cooler. When I bought this item it was listed as having a optional usb hub that would expand the port to 4 usbs instead of the one it shipped with. After getting the product I called CM about getting the hub and was told that I was misinformed and there was nothing they could do. The vender said that they got the listing info from CM and I would have to take it up with them. I am left with a product that doesn't meet my needs and nobody will do anything about correcting the problem. I found the exact cooler with the 4 usb's but CM won't sell me one because of where I live. I am a paying customer. What does where I live matter? Now after 3 months the cooler broke and crashes my os to blue screen causing me to reinstall everything. I don't think that it is worth buying anything from a company who don't take care of there paying customers.
