brand that it carries would not help me completley unlock it without signjng a contract you can make and receive calls overall very disapointed and alot of hassle to get all features unlocked |

Although the cell phone has limited capabilities (no Internet connection for example), it is a well-designed, nicely compact phone with the basics. It has only been used for a short period of time so do not know how it will hold up over the long haul. However, buying it is preferable to taking out a new two-year contract with a phone company. Do keep such products in stock. |

My phone was shipped promptly and was unlocked as promised.We bought it as a replacement phone so we didn't have to extend our contract and are very happy with the phone and the service we received. |

I bought one of these to just have on hand because my wife goes through phones. The day I needed it and pulled it out I found out that the phone was actually locked to the FIDO network in canada. Yes I could put my sim in and make a call, but no SMS and call coverage was bad. Since it had been 3 months from when I purchased it I had no recourse. So I bought another one, figuring it was just a fluke. Nope the next one I got was for T-Mobile. There is a piece of paper in the box with a company to contact for returns (NOT COMPUSA, once you buy this it is yours). I emailed them and sent the phone back a week later I did truly get a Unlocked Razor, but what a pain. If you are selling a unlocked phone it should be unlocked! |

worked like my last razr -- fine. charged up no problem. i put my sim card from the old phone in it. has T-mobile logo on front, but who cares. sometimes hard to hear callers, but not often. good value. no problems at all with phone. not sure why product or service was bad for some others -- cell worked fine for me. |

I was extremely disappointed to discover AFTER I had arrived in France that the phone sold to me as unlocked, but it was in fact locked. Now I'm out 100 bucks, since the manufacturer doesn't ship outside the US and Canada. |

Purchased as a replacement phone. First one booted up but gave constant error text messages and had the wrong back plate for the phone. Was on hold for over an hour with supplier and never got through. Called next day and got through explained problem and they were very helpful and when this fix didn't work they gave me return authorization. Had to pay to send back, lost free shipping on that one. Second one arrived and works ok, problem is they sent a Euro plug style AC charger this doesn't work in the US. |

The first phone I bought didnt work , had to send it to manufacturer. Because they don't accept returns for this item . Took forever, because their customer service was awful. I had to pay 6 dollars for postage ,which canceled out the free shipping I got when I bought it. |

My husband's razr died and not wanting to extend my contract, I sought out an unlocked GSM phone. The phone was new as stated and it works perfectly with my AT&T service with the exception of the T-Mobile on my main screen and that does not eefect service. Great buy and great service...I'm 3 for 3 with TigerDirect! |

I was using another Motorola phone with camera and MP3 player with a memory but found that I rarely used the memory that I had bought separately for. A cousin wanted the phone, so, I gave him the phone and bought this one. It works great and has the features I need without being too bulky or needing additional memory. The unlock feature makes it usable in Colombia, India etc. |

This is a great phone. I use it on the Einstein network, which other customers have complained had poor signal strength. This phone gets great reception no matter where I am in my service area. I live in a brick apartment building, on the lowest level, surrounded by other large buildings, and have only had one call drop. Well worth the money, buy it. |

I bought the first one at Samstore,I opened the box and played around with the features for an hour, pluged-in to charge but the phone didn't charge the battery. I thought may be that's the only bad one. I bought second one at Tigerdirect, I can't beleave it, it happened exactly the same as the first one. For anyone experienced same problem then don't bother for second one. |

Little brother wanted a new phone for Christmas. I directed him to thsi site and told him he could have his pick from the available cellphones. Out of all his options this is what he picked, what he wanted. Thank you for having something my little brother actually wanted for Chistmas! |

The phone is for T-Mobile but it works with ATT&T and others. Phone was new and came with instructions and power cord. I have bought several other unlocked RAZRs and this appears to better quality than the ones I have received that were for Europe. |

My wife washed her Krazor and I purchased this as an intermidiate phone, before her upgrade. The only thing she did not like about this phone is that now she has to wait to upgrade. Mission accomplished!!!! |

The phone was new and was exactly what I wanted. The only problem was that the description did not show that it was for a different phone plan. I assumed it would be for any. This review won't let me state which one. The graphics or functions were different than my previous Motorola Razr. It works with my plan but it kind of defeated getting the same brand or model. There are no returns or exchanges. |

I was a bit apprehensive because of some of the comments of other purchasers but this is a good phone. It works perfectly and reliably. It has the usual slightly muffled audio that is associated with the AT&T network like any other AT&T phone. It works as well as any other AT&T phone I've had. |

The Razr is one of the best phone I've used, it has endured my active life. I was not thrilled that it came with the T-mobile logo and the battery cover was the wrong cover for teh phone, but that was resolved. |

All the items I odered came reasonably fast and work just fine. They were there with any information I needed and no hassles. Good people to deal with, will go there again if I need anything..Jim Dickie
