Cons: Cheapish

Pros: ExpandabilityCoolingSizePrice
Comment:
I've had the CM690 for about 2 years now. Bought it for only like 80 bucks back in the day. For 80 dollars you get very good cooling options with a possibility of 2x 240 radiators! There's a lot of HDD bays comes with an SSD adaptor. Fit huge videos cards if you want.At the end of the day for 80 dollars you're getting a lot for your money. It's not the highest quality case, but for 80 dollars you can't complain.Don't get me wrong though it's a pretty high quality case, it's just that I have high demands. Anyone looking for the best bang for your buck it's hard to find anything else fitting the bill.edit: I only gave 3 starts because I don't think I would buy again, but definitely would recommend to others. Cons: The case very large for a mid size.

Pros: Big, Case, great cable managment, ext drive doc, room for extra fans, GREAT ventilation.
Comment:
This case is big, it's like a small full size tower. There's room for 3 large GPU's, water loop holes, lots of sapce behind the MOBO for easy cable managment. room for 7 drives including 1 SSD. cools really well. This has been the one of the best cases I owned. I but an extra 80mm fan in the rear and in blows directly onto the cpu blackplate for extra cooling. This case could be priced higher, there's EVERY OPTION you can think off. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a mid size or even a full size, this case is big.

Cons: cheap cover for the external dock, doesn't lock in place. No rubber grommets for cable holes. Need to order window panel from Cooler Master

Pros: Understated styling, airflow, quality of worksmanship, # of fans it can accept and size. Space, external HDD dock, upgradablity. Price/Value especially when its on sale.
Comment:
I like cooler master products, 2nd case Ive owned from them. Case feels a lot more expensive then it is and looks it. Comes with a switch to turn off the front LED. Airflow in this case is fantastic; the amount of different options for mounting fans. Lots of space for an ATX motherboard. Only thing its' missing is the rubber grommets for the pass through for wires. Cable management is a breeze with this case and lots of space on the back. For price it doesn't get much better in my opinion. Used the external dock a few times and it is very handy.

Cons: The hard-drive bays are a little annoying to use

Pros: Really quietHigh qualitySuper pretty
Comment:
This case is very subtle, attractive (inside and out) and really surprisingly quiet. I was expecting a case that is mostly mesh with 3 fans to be much louder, but I can barely hear the computer running. My only complaint would be that the tool-less hard drive bays are kind of a pain to install hard drives, you have to push the drive retaining pins into the rubber stoppers very hard.Overall, I would recommend this case to anyone looking to build a reasonably powerful gaming rig with good ventilation.

Cons: No dust filter for side fans

Pros: Lots of roomCable managementLots of drive baysSupports two 240 mm radsDust filters on top, front, bottom, and PSU
Comment:
Where to start, this has got to be the most amazing case I've worked with. The front panel contains no I/O and simply pops off for easy access to the drive bays and front fan. Front fan can be mounted in two positions, LED can be turned off. The drive cage is an amazing design. The top mounted front I/O is a little difficult if the case is up on a desk. Lots of room for components and great for airflow.I installed a Corsair H100 in the top and I wanted the RAD in the top portion of the case with the fans on the inside, had to modify the top panel just a bit. Not gonna take a rating away since you could still mount the RAD inside the case and the fans in the upper portion with no problems.Overall great case, easy to wire, lots of room, all black interior and mesh front.

Cons: Didn't come with a fan controller

Pros: Very nice case

I have this case and I'm so happy to use it. It had a lot of space in it with a good airflow. And it had the dock to easily connect a hard drive on the top without open the case.

Pros: sleek black designsolid buildgood airflow
Comment:
A good feeling solid case that looks great and doesn't skimp out on quality. Has lots of space to work in and the airflow is great even with the filters. Includes lots of screws, extra peripheral/ssd adapters and even a piece of fine sandpaper which made me laugh.

Cons: right side door does not close properly (defect)

Pros: air filters, easy racks for hard disks, liquid cooling ready, tons of mouting space for fans
Comment:
Great case, glad it can fit my 13 inch video card! Fits my liquid cooling system, and it looks pretty stylish! The top mounts are great for extra fans. My only complaint is that the hard drive bay does not stay as cool as I'd like.

Cons: A bit more space between the MB tray and the right side panel would have been nice for hiding the cables. It's a bit tight when you got a lot of cables, the side panel might bulge a bit.

Pros: Cable managementGood air flowDiscreet lookGood $$/quality
Comment:
This is a very nice case and it will meet the requirements of most users space wise unless you are running a monster configuration. I like the discreet look and I made it even more so by replacing the front blue led fan by a Noctua with no led. The all black interior is also a nice touch. All in all, for the price is a pretty darn good case, I paid 80$ for it and it's worth every penny.

Cons: Some plastic detailsHard drive pins hard to insert

Pros: Good build qualityTool-less drive bayX-dock on topGood amount of space to work with
Comment:
Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase, the case looks amazing and has a amazing build quality to it. I love how it is encased by mesh. I am a little annoyed by the plastic accent pieces, it would have looked much better if aluminum was used everywhere.I love the X-dock feature, but wished it would be hot swappable without having to turn the computer off and on. The tool-less drive bay is another story. I don't mind the 5.25 IN ones, but the 3.5 IN ones are frustrating to use. The pins that you insert  to get the hard drive to hold in place are very hard to insert  properly and they come out of the rubber very easily. Once they come out, its almost impossible to prevent it from staying in again in the future.

Got this case as part of a Sandybridge build. Liked it because it had lots of vents and a esata cradle that's good for doing backups or booting with different OS if I felt like it. Overall, it's been a great case. It's easy to open and work with. Cable management is great and popping drives in and out is easy. The case feel fairly solid. Overall, a very good purchase, especially for the price.

Comment:
Replaced a $115 dollar Antec 900 with this $80 dollar CM 690 II Advanced(price-matched of course) and it beats the Antec in every single way possible.TONS of room for my 4870, great cooling, super quiet, reduced temps by 3C over my Antec 900(running all fans high, and super loud). It is a large case for a mid tower though.

Cons: - Can't put a fan on the top of the side panel if you have a big heatsink- May be tight for cooling system- No filters for side fans- No USB 3.0

Pros: - Classy look, great mesh on top and front- All black interior- Good cable management- Very good amount of space for ATX boards- Plenty of fans- HDD dock on top of case- Very good screwless design- Great price
Comment:
I looked for hours and hours for the best case possible for building a new PC (i5 2500k + Asus P8P67 Pro + 560 GTX Ti). I liked Coolermaster's HAF series, but I found them too big for my needs, as I have limited space under my desk. I also wanted a very affordable case. Then I found this case while checking CM's other mid-size options. It comes with a tons of features (like some filters, HDD dock, fans, etc) for a very decent price. I also love the design of the case! The mesh and black painting really surprised me; I didn't think it would look this good. Very classy case with many options for air cooling and solid construction overall. Installing my new parts in it has been easy so far. Highly recommended!

Cons: x-dock, not really a weakness, but I just dont see a point for my own purposes.

Pros: Good cooling, wire management
Comment:
Good case, picked it up for 100 and worth the money. Tonnes of drive bays, which provide easy installation of drives. I'm a little confused as to why I would ever use the Sata X-dock, but other than that it's a good box. I'm running a phenom x4 s 2.2ghz and a GTX 460 with a 700w PSU, and a OCZ gladiator quad pipe, and I'm getting 28 degrees system temp, and 21 degrees cpu temp.

I bought this case having heard a lot of good reviews of it, and now i can understand why! First of all, it is only 81$! Second, it has a lot of features for that price (swappable HDD bay on top, e-sata, usb 3.0, sata 3.0, a lot of USB place, etc etc. Best case i have ever had!

Pros: great spacea lot of option for fansgreat airflowgreat cable management
Comment:
I love this case, for the price it's amazing. Great space, great cable management, a lot of option for extra fans, can take the corsair A70 and my HD6850. Blue LED fans in the front that you can turn the light off, if you feel so inclined.I wish it would have come up with a extra dust filters, however you can buy some for less then 10$. Also it was hard to put back the side panel the first couple of times. Also not something bad, however the side window that you can buy extra is very hard to find, I wish NCIX would stock some.
