Good and stable. Has two- 12v rails for the value. As opposed to a single rail energy supply this one does not shut down if you draw also substantially out of it. I am placing an order for a new one particular to power my newest develop. That says it all-I trust this power supply None- Will use this 1 in all of my create for now on.

- Brand name- Worth Priced- Performs at rated specs- Cables are great length for mid-ATX case - Not Modular (knew before obtaining)- Dying soon after 2.5 yrs Immediately after 2.5 years of usage, strange/burning smell coming from the PSU. Computer turns on, but is unreliable and shuts off intermittently. Verified that fans are operating. The smell remains following a thorough blowout of the whole case & PSU w/ air compressor (did not spin fans with air). It appears that a element inside the PSU is dying/overheating. Will be replacing this unit following 2.five yrs usage.

Mounted, plugged, wrapped, and turned on. Every little thing went smooth, decent cable management for not getting modular. I've chosen Rosewill for various odds and ends and I've never ever been disappointed. I also like seeing them reply to comments. Gotta respect that. None

Very good price, wrapped cables, reliable manufacturer Sata cable also quick (unusable). I purchased this PS as for a tiny home server and I was frustrated when I located that even though it has 2 SATA connectors, they are on 1 lead and they are too close together (abotu three inches). This essentially renders a single of the connectors un-usable. It would be fine if you have only 1 SATA cable or two SATA devices of the identical form. Other than that, it is useless. I was forced to RMA the PS for a unique 1.

I place these in customer machines and have quite low RMA's. The big fan is quiet and moves a lot of air. If you want lots of older 4 pin power headers this isn't your unit. It only comes with 1. It does have ample SATA headers and is intended for newer computers.

My dads PSU went in his HP, replaced it with this. Uncomplicated installation, plug it in and be on your way. Cables appear excellent. Appears like it was built really nicely. None. Great PSU for a low/medium end laptop.

Appears nice. Quite low-cost. By the way, I was forced to choose a single star; zero is not allowed. Fairly low cost. Died in about four minutes. would not restart longer than 20-30 seconds. I replaced it with a borrowed supply that is rated with a reduced wattage, and the Computer works fine except it hosed my tough drive when it died. Had to reload on my back up drive. It price me one third the price of the provide to send the provide back. I guess it is back to the neighborhood retailers for purchases like this. Paying to send back some thing that does not operate is truly crazy, but to spend this considerably is getting ripped off. To have this provide ruin hardware, and then have to spend this considerably is disgusting. Producing funds off of junk is stealing. The company that manufactures garbage ought to have to spend this charge. Manufacturer Response:Dear Valued Consumer,We are sorry for the inconvenience this may well have triggered you. On one of my game systems, I bought a new video card that necessary rather a bit of wattage. Inside ten minutes of game playing, my 550Watt power provide blew. All I had in stock was a 400Watt Roswill, I installed it, and played games for months without having any difficulty (Eventually I upgraded it to a 500Watt Roswill). none Numerous energy supplies appear to exaggerate numbers, meaning they say 500Watt or 600Watt, but in reality they can not hold that wattage constantly with stable output. From what I have observed, Roswill does not exaggerate their numbers.

It looks cool, but once you place the case on who can inform. It runs quiet, now the other fans are louder in comparison. It does not have a ball bearing fan, the fan clearly shows "Sleeve Bearing" on the label. It only had two IDE connectors, so If you are purchasing it for a replacement of an old supply make positive you obtain IDE doublers or SATA to IDE converters. The energy cable for the floppy barely reached. My original PS lasted five years, hope this 1 goes longer, it cost twice as much. By then they will have yet an additional new typical.
