I bought this because I wanted to connect my laptop to the router instead of using wireless. Plugged in to the laptop and it worked great. the cable itself is well built and it does the job. So far all the ngear brand products I purchased worked extremely well. Definitely a five star. |

Just wanted to redo some cables to cat 6 and match them all on a gigabit set of switches , cable works fine , long enough to reach and no performance drop verus a 6 foot or 4 foot cable so it was made right |

There are none really, with the exception of the price maybe.
Pros: Long, good quality and does what it is suppose to do. Also CAT6 (Gigabit ethernet). Easily taken out and plugged into the ethernet slots. Some cables i've tried are a real PAIN to get out of the ethernet slot. Comment:
Good long cable that does its job properly. Cat 6 and gigabit ethernet speeds for your networks. You will have no problem with taking out the head from ethernet plugs. |

I got these cables when I upgraded my old 5 port switch to a new 8 port gigabit switch. Everything works well and file transfer is fast. The cables I got have no boot over the connector so they are easy to connect and disconnect. |

This cable is great. I got this for less than a 6' patch cord at the local PC store. Not only is it fairly cheap it is CAT 6 rated so this can handle it all. It is slightly more expensive than CAT 5 cables but you still get a good quality cable. This was perfect for a PC to router run as I wanted to avoid the wireless cutting with my gaming rig. I just don't trust wireless after having nightmares with the last linksys router I had |

Well i tested this cable, and it looks capable of achieving gigabit speed pretty easily. I once had only cat 5 cables, so only 150 mbit was achievable, but now my hard drives are spinning the hell out of them to try to beat the gigabit speed.A good and speedy buy. |
No problems expected, none given. Standard Cat6 stranded cable, slim connector style but no snagless mechanism. Good length for troubleshooting someone's computer or using a laptop without wifi.
