Cons: - weak connectors

Pros: - sturdy cable- good price
Comment:
I got this because I bought a Linksys router with gigabit ethernet and even though I already have cat5e cables I wanted to try cat6. The cable itstelf is well built and sturdy and appears to be shielded well. However, the connectors are cheap and probably bound to break. Still a good price though.

Cons: No protection for the connector

Pros: Good cable for the price
Comment:
A typical 6ft grey netowrk cable. Bought it to replace a old blue cable. Its looks nicer and the build quality is good. Just be gentle with the connector.

Cons: Quality is not perfect

Pros: Cheap. Long enough
Comment:
I bought these cables to replace my old Cat5e cables - thinking of higher speeds... bud doesn't help much.Quality looks cheap, but you get what you're paying for.

Cons: -Pretty expensive when not

Pros: -Pretty cheap on sale-I got a batch of nice yellow coloured ones
Comment:
Judging by the picture colour vs the ones I got, I'm guessing there are a few different colours of these. Either way, they look pretty good as theyre made pretty decently. Some cables you find around the place dont exactly scream durability as they feel flimsy overall, but these are made to at least feel good. They take a little bending around to get them to straighten out, but its possible. They give me gigabit readings on my gigabit network, so here is a happy camper.

Cons: Très rigide.Pas de protecteur sur les connecteurs.

Pros: Pas cher en pricematch à 2.99$.CAT 6.Il fonctionne!
Comment:
Pas grand chose à dire sur un simple câble réseau à part qu'il fonctionne bien. Par contre il est dificile à plier et il n'y pas de protection sur les connecteurs.

I got this for about $2 after price matching. Works great, it has a very good quality cord. It came blue, unlike the picture... which is a pro because I would prefer blue over white.

Pros: Very durable, nice length, connects well in the modempc, heck of a lot faster than the Cat5 cables.

Overall this is a great product, i have had it for almost 2 weeks and it hasn't failed me at all. Would recommend to everyone who is looking for a well priced cat6 cable.

Cons: the colour

Pros: Cheap, getting true gigabyte connection
Comment:
price matched with bestdirect.ca and bought it for $1.18, not much to say or complain, it does what it's suppose to, quality is not bad. Highly recommended if you don't mind the colour, it's one of the cheapest CAT6 cable I can find.

Pros: Well built, performs as expected.
Comment:
I usually buy my cables from that *price place in California, but NCIX has had some good deals lately.I needed this cable right away so I threw it on with the rest of my order. It works well and seems well built.Transfer speeds between the various Win 7 x64 computers are quite good for Gigabit.

Cons: no protection for connector plastic clip

Pros: gigabit speed (in theory)
Comment:
Good cable so far, just not sure if the connector plastic clip will last long unprotected. I didn't benchmark the transfer speed though. I would have preferred black color but for the price after price match it's fine! (3.37$)

Cons: Weak RJ-45 connector

Pros: Cheap, low cost, simple, efficient, standard
Comment:
This is a great cable although its RJ 45 connectors are of poor build quality. Buy this cable if you do not intend to plug and unplug it often (as for a fixed device, a desktop computer, a phone, etc.)

Got this on sale. Cable has been performing well hooked up to the gigabit switch and I am happy with it. I will order nGear products again. Just the right length for short runs. Cables are great things to grab when on sale.

Cons: -random colours-not snagless

Pros: -proper insulation-not snagless
Comment:
This cable works great, and is quite rigid due to the shielding. The connector assembly is very slim, and almost seems to be molded out of the cable's outer covering (maybe you'll see what I mean if you get a brightly coloured specimen). Note this isn't an "anti-snag" item... I have conflicting feelings about those darn boots, but for a 6' length it's really not necessary. For the record, the one I received is standard CATx yellow.

Pros: Works well for gigabit.Good price when on sale or price matched.

These cables work great for a gigabit network. I like that they do not have a boot over the connector making them easy to connect and disconnect.

Works great with my Cisco gigabit switch/router. Good price (great price with PM) with solid sturdy construction.

Bought this cable to connect my laptop and it works great so far. Seems like good sturdy construction. Colour kind of sucks though because all of my cables are the same gray.

Pros: - Great locking mechanisms on the end- Sturdy cord construction- Not a bad PM Price

Like others, I purchased this cable when I was updating my system to work on my new gigabyte network. It is very well constructed and I have no fear of the cord being pulled out on either end.

Cons: $4 pricematched is still kind of expensiveGrey

Pros: CAT6Doesn't explode on use
Comment:
This is easily one of the best RJ45 cables I've ever purchased. Super fast and reliable. Do not let the nGear name fool you. It is a little expensive though, even after pricematching. Also the grey color is terrible - difficult to distinguish from all my other grey cables.

Cons: none

Pros: Cat6, nice head for easy insertion and removal
Comment:
For 3 or 6 foot length I did not see any speed improvements on my Gigabit switch. In any case still get ~25-30% of Gig speeds, so ~30-35MB/s is pretty damn good. If only I had a cisco switch and those Killer NIC's to test out the speed. If only.

I bought these CAT6 cables when I moved to gigabit. They have been working pretty good. The cables also don't feel cheap, so they should last a while.
