My case had issues with heat pooling at the upper rear corner. By adding these, the temperatures of the MB and GPU dropped by 5 degrees during idle and by 10 degrees during load.It's kind of crazy how something so simple can make such a difference.I recommend a price match, as I'm sure you can get these cheaper. I'd also get the nickel plated ones as I'm sure they'll look wicked.
