Quite fast shipping, ordered Sunday evening, and received on Tuesday..thanks Newegg. Just installed, and was straightforward enough. Fan is super quiet, and modular design and style helped keep my cramped machine clean. Unit is beefy. Manual was pretty simple, and I ended up searching at old power supply cables to make sure I had the major energy cable in appropriate (I can be dense, and get tense when upgrading my computer systems). Replaced a 300W PSU that came with my HP machine (thinks HP for the cheesy PSU). This will enable me to upgrade video card in the future. Couldn't use rubber gaskets, but this unit is quite quiet.

ModularPower 80 =]Doesn't run louder than my other components so that's a plus.Another amazing PSU by Cooler Master the PSU can only be placed in a specific way. You can't place the PSU with its fan upwards if your case needs the PSU on the bottom. There's not enough secure point to be fitted on my Thermaltake V9 BlacX Edition if installed any other approaches. The modular helped cleaned up my case. Even even though some cables have been not long adequate for my case, it still make itself worth the price.AMD Phenom II X4 965 BE, ASUS M4A79XTD EVO, PNY GeForce GTX 460, Thermaltake V9 BlacX Edition, Patriot Gamer Series 4GB ƒ x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333(PC3 10666), Western Digital Caviar Black 640GB

Newegg has a special on this PSU (Cooler Master Silent Pro M600 RS-600) at under ์ which is a steal of a deal. I replaced this with a Corsair 750W which was good but too much power and wasn't modular. The modular (connect cables as required) keeps my case nicely organized. The PSU is incredibly quiet which I appreciate. none so far My set up:- COOLER MASTER Centurion 5 Mid-Tower case- G.Talent 8GB Ɣ x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory- AMD Phenom II X4 925 Deneb AM3 95W Quad-Core Processor- ASUS M4A77TD AM3 AMD 770 ATX AMD Motherboard- Microsoft Windows 7 Household Premium 64-bit- ASUS ENGTS450 DirectCU Top/DIǗGD5 GeForce GTS 450 - COOLER MASTER Silent Pro M600 RS-600-AMBA-D3 600W Energy Supply- SAMSUNG P2450H Rose Black 24" 2ms Widescreen LCD Monitor

Good energy supply. Rubber mounting gaskets are a nice touch. Run totally silent. Cable sheathing is fantastic good quality. None. 24pin and 8pin connectors are permanently attached, not a major deal at all.

Though it is only 600 watts, it truly delivers. I run my Computer 24ǝ and a fantastic portion of the time the PSU is stressed. I have had it for a year and not after has it even flinched. It's a tiny pricey but you do get what you spend for. I was a bit scared that with my OC cpu three difficult drives and a ton of other stuff my GTX 470 would make this PSU uneasy. NOT A Possibility

Simple set up.Flat cables with Modular style.Quiet operation.Had this for just more than a day but almost everything went smoothly and with the modular design the number of cables inside the case is drastically reduced producing cable management much less complicated. None yet

Economical, straightforward to set up, modular cable program is great, quiet and it powers my AMD Phenom II with GeForce GTX 460 system without having breaking a sweat. none. It's not silent, but it's the most uncomplicated-on-the-ears PSU that I've ever owned. Highly recommended.

Modular, extremely quiet, flat cables, black, rubber insulating gaskets, price. One of the retaining tabs for the ATX 12v plugs broke off when installing..nothing at all unusual about set up so not sure why, they do appear very flimsy though. It stays ok so not going to bother with it...but for that I took off one particular egg. Also the major power feeds are a bit quick so can't route them behind motherboard region for cable management which is as well negative.

When I ordered this it came the subsequent day! I was impressed how fast it came! i opened the box and every little thing was packaged nicely. I constructed my laptop from scratch...the only factor left was to plug in the power supply into the wall and turn it on. I did so... my motherboard was blinking incredibly gradually indicating how weak the energy supply was. so I pressed the energy on button on my newly made computer....it wouldn't turn on. I had a asus motherboard, I believed it was a defect...so i known as them. they mentioned it was either a grounding issue or the energy supply....it couldn't have been a grounding problem due to the fact I utilised a older however weaker power provide to test this and it turned on....(for ten seconds) then turned off. So I'm quite certain it's a dead power provide appropriate out of the box... there wasn't a scratch on the box when I got it..... my build order: Asus P6X58D premium motherboardi7 950 intel processor.4gb ram 2000 mhzPNY nvidia 460 gtxv8 heatsinkm59 NZXT case600 watt cooler master power supply (dead)lite on blu-ray combo drive500gb challenging drive Manufacturer Response:Dear Valued Consumer - We apologize for any inconvenience. Super Really which met my expectations The connector and wires are cheaply produced. Kind/Fit/Function...Especially the Power connector to the SATA HDD difficult drive At this value point provided what I know now, I would look at other brands to be a better worth. The unit it self is a 5 stars but the wires are two stars. Through my investigation in other brands you do infact get substantially a lot more.

I didn't know my old PSU was noisy until I installed this one particular. Granted, I knew that the 135mm fan would be quieter than the front mounted 60mm that the old 1 was using, but it wasn't the fan noise that made it loud, it was the vibration hum. I don't know if it was the rubber gaskets on the exterior of the Coolermaster or the build good quality was just superior (probably a mixture of both), but vibration noise is gone and the fan is totally silent. Modular connections are as excellent as expected. My tower is bigger than average and the cords were a lot long to reach all the components. Cables have been flat and molded together. Seems rock strong, but I liked to buy larger than needed, so I would have been genuinely surprised if it had any concerns. Runs cool. The SATA power connecters have been quite difficult to attach to the drives, to the point that I nearly be concerned about breaking a thing. Quite safe as soon as they're in place, though. Didn't like the setup of the 20Ʋ ATX power connector. All of the energy supplies that I've noticed in the previous had some kind of mechanism exactly where the 4 snapped to the 20 and stayed in location, with this a single, you just held it together and pushed it into the board as two different pieces. The gaskets around the ends of the PSU could have had a much better attaching mechanism, but it's definitely not some thing that would keep me from buying another a single. Just went from 79.99 to 109.99 in the final week, so now I'm feeling fairly excellent.

Modular, 80 plus certified, runs super quiet, and the rubber around the seems aids it really feel premium. Nothing at all comes to mind. I got an amazing deal on this PSU, for the price tag of around 65 dollars, i thought it was a steal so I went for it. I'm incredibly, really content with this purchase.

I now have 3 of these operating at my office and have had no far more power provide issues at all considering that switching to them. Plenty of juice and very quiet. I'm not a gamer or something, so I don't push them to the max, but for what I do, they are outstanding. None.
