Cons: - is quite noisy but I kind of enjoy the overall audio feedback from the keys
Pros: - great tactile feedback with cherry mx blues- build quality is great- bright GREEN led razer symbol at the bottom of the keyboard is customizable (brightness level) and is a nice addition to have (makes the keyboard look very professional-looking- macro keys are also nice to have although I don't really have any use for them yet- overall very customizable keyboard- looks very good (especially the unique font on the keys)- matte-black finish- audio/ mic jacks and usb port is a nice addtion- tough and durable braided cable Comment:
I prefer this version over the glossy finish of the other razer blackwidows. The build quality is top notch considering how many bad things I have heard about "razer quality". The keyboard is fully customizable and software is very easy to configure. Audio/ mic jacks are easily accessible and come very handy if you own a gaming headset. On-the-fly macro customization is a nice addition although I don't really use macros. Overall, for a decently priced mechanical gaming keyboard I would have to say it is one of the best. Razer has done a fine job with this product and I highly recommend this keyboard to any gamers. Any razer fans would love this right away because I know I was. |
Layout is hard to get use to right away. The MX cherry blue switches are very nice and loud. However palm rest is lacking andwas uncomfortable for me.Had issues on the second week with this keyboard. Had to reboot and re plugin the usb ports to make it work. Returned it soon after as if this were to occur two weeks in what about two months in....
