Cons: -D-pad design-Stiff cord-Price

Pros: -Mappable/additional buttons-Backlit-Microswitch face buttons
Comment:
This a great alternative to the official Xbox 360 headset and adds extra functionality. One of the main advantages are the triggers located underneath the controller as well as the extra shoulder buttons. These let you map buttons to them so that you never have to take your thumb off the sticks to hit face buttons, etc....great for shooters and other genres.Re-mapping buttons and turning off the lights is quick and easy via the small built-in screen and the ability to switch between 2 profiles is handy as well. The quality of the controller feels good. It has a nice thin rubberized coating, responsive/clicky face buttons, and sticks that are at least on par with the stock controllers.A nice case, analog stick grips, and a screwdriver(for removing bottom triggers) are nice touches with a premium product like this.I'm not too crazy about the d-pad design however. They use 4 individual buttons instead of the typical connected cross/disc of other controllers. While this works great in some games where the d-pad is just used for making selections, I don't like it for games where the d-pad is used for control such as fighters or platformers. For those I find the typical d-pads easier to pull of moves with and hit diagonals. The controller cable is braided but very stiff which isn't optimal for moving it around. It can get in the way a little moreThe triggers underneath the controller may feel in-the-way of your fingers at first. It takes a little getting used to and so you don't accidentally bump them. If you can't get used to them they can be removed via the included screw driver and plugged with the included rubber covers.3rd party controller generally don't fare too well compared to the official ones but this is an exception. If you're looking for something with a great control feel and extra functionality then the Sabertooth is easy to recommend.

Cons: No config app for Windows, no macro's.

Pros: Build quality, design, performance, compatibility
Comment:
The controller is well built, comfortable and performs really well. The buttons are very responsive. The D-pad is smooth and works well. Braided cable sleeve is nice, but unnecessary. Breakaway joint in cable is a good idea, but seems so stiff I expect the USB plug to give out first in the event of an accident. The controller installed on Win8 without problems. No driver download required. The controller has been compatible with every game I have tried so far, without any setup or tinkering required. Games tried so far: Mortal Kombat Komplete, Street Fighter vs Tekken and Driftopia.

Cons: decided to stop working a few days after i received it.

Pros: An exceptional controller
Comment:
This controller is very comfortable and has some cool features. It looks slick, has a nice rubberized grip, and remappable buttons, which is cool too. cord is sturdy and plugs in nice and secure, but has a breakaway piece in case someone walks through it. Very nice controller; however, the one i received decided to stop working only a few days after i got it, which really sucks. Am currently waiting on ncix to send me a new one. They were very quick to authorize the rma, which is also good on them.
