I tried to set it up, but I'm not a hi-tech expert and I could not follow the instructions. A friend of mine, who is very good at these things, came over and set it up without looking at the instructions and it is working great.

Tried numerous attempts. Called tech support with no response. Had a couple of tech savvy frients try to get it working with no luck. Just a lot of loud static. Not sure if compatible with computer and HDTV. Returning product.

This product is worthless. I get crappy static sound and NO picture. I have done everything possiable to fix the problem, yet nothing more than sound form somewhere unknown. Please don't waste your money on this.

Had to experiment quite a bit but finally got all the right things to work. If you lose power, start over. Wish it would remember settings. The 2.4ghz is prone to a lot of interference. When everything is set and setup and pointed just right it works fine. Documentation is not good.

First: The manual is terrible, and like many these days, poorly translated. It will not work without the remote, so don't lose it. Also, I thought the battery was DOA, but found (barely) a piece of thin plastic protecting the battery's charge during shipping. Once setup all I saw on the TV was bad flickering. Once I hit the NTSC button, that was rectified. The video quality was very good, on my big-screen, but the sound quality is not acceptable for watching movies. There's a constant hiss. For laptop presentations in small group settings, it's perfect.

My husband asked for this item for Christmas. Put it together and did get the computer screen up on the tv and such but the static was annoying. We could not get rid of the static nose. Just did not live up to our expectations and returned it. Believe product needs further improvement.

Reading up I challenge the bad reviews... no video? Did you connect it to a monitor port? Black and white? You need to switch it from PAL to NTSC with the remote. No CD? Mine didn't come with a CD either, didn't need it. This isn't the best, most high quality system ever, but it turns your TV into a second monitor wirelessly, which is all it claims to do... and a second audio source, too! It works as it's supposed to.

Unit connected OK, and I eliminated most interference yet the Kworld Plus product only worked in Black and White with very poor quality.

I looked at similar products elsewhere. This one seems to provide the best value. I got this device for my daughter who presents educational games to the kids in her classroom. The wireless feature allows her to manipulate the computer away from the TV while the kids play Jeopardy and Who Wants to be a Millionare. The resolution is good enough to read the words on the TV and the audio is also good. The instructions provided with the device are poor but there are good pictures and helpful answers to FAQs on the Kworld web site. The posts from other customers has also been helpful.

I bought a video product from K-World a few months ago and have since had endless problems getting the software CD that was missing replaced by them. They do accept that I bought the product but I have been caught between them playing games between Taiwan and their US office with the result that I have been waiting for more than 8 weeks for the software.

I have had this device for three mounths now, with no problems. I have wifi as well as a infered to FM transmitter and two cordless phones, none of them pose a problem with one another. I would highly recomend this product to anyone, contrary to other reviews this product works fine with wireless internet (wifi).

I love Kworld's PLus TV Wireless, but don't be mislead. Unlike in the graphics on Tiger's website and in the manual, you can have multiple viewing stations/TVs locations. Why? They don't sell the receivers separately. You have to buy the set that includes one Transmitter and one receiver. (I received an email confirmation from their Customer Service department stating such.) Kworld need to fire their marketing and distribution Vice-Presidents. It is great product that is, however, marketed inefficently.

It was frustrating at first because I kept getting vertical refresh problems. I tried all sorts of things before I RTM / FAQ and found that the Video settings were setup as PAL rather than NTSC by default on the Receiver. Problem is, there is no indicator stating this, and the only way is via the On Screen Display which is controlled only via the remote control. The battery was bad when I got the device, which added to the confusion. Once I made the necessary hardware / software changes, everything has been working well. Support web page is hokey, but this is where I found the online FAQ / Manuals: http://www.kworld.com.tw/main/prod_in.aspx?mnuid=1248&modid=6&pcid=57&ifid=17&prodid=32 Image quality on the TV is marginal, but I have a standard CRT TV, so that will be part of the problem. Others have complained about interference from other Wireless products (Phone, Wi-Fi, etc), but I have not had any problems like that.

This device does not work if you have any wireless internet connections. Your internet will stop working or this device, there is no solution... I wasted my money.

This is an interesting device to set up in my apartment. I guess instead of playing my warcraft on small LCD monitor, I can play it on my TV ^^ It's great that I don't have to deal with wires though.. .. ..what a headache!

This is too perfect. I've got a few pilates lessons on my computer and there's no space in my study room. Anyway, with this device, I can now finish my lessons before bedtime everynight without the hassle of converting files and burning them onto a disc ROM.

Great buy~ I've downloaded some files, but don't like watching it while crouching on my desk. I now enjoy all multimedia entertainment via my TV with popcorn and a nice and comfy sofa. Muahahahhahaha~

This is a great bonus to my already well-equiped home system. I only have 1 receiver connected to this, but I expect to buy 2 more to fill the house. Anyway, what it does is, my son plays his PC, I can see what he's up to without being in the same room as him. Or his girlfriend comes over, they can watch the same movie me and my wife are enjoying without sharing the same couch~~
