Seems that these cost way too much for what they are, but I needed one to finish a PC. Would be great if they were sold in bulk at a discounted price, I will need more eventually but hate that I have to pay 5 bucks each time. |

Basically a SATA power cable on my PSU cracked, so I either had the choice of glueing it or buying one of these. In the end I did buy this (after trying to glue it :D) and it works great for a solution. |

Pros: works well, 2 S-ATA connectors instead of the 1 displayed (maybe not always the case, but this is what I got) Comment:
The unit I received has 2 S-ATA power connectors from the Molex power connector, which is a plus VS only 1 S-ATA power connector. It has been doing its purpose for the past days and I am satistified with it, what else is there to say about a simple adapter, I will get another one when I add HDs to my Windows Home Server. |

Needed one of these cuz I didn't have enough connectors. What can I say, it's simple and does the job. Hard drives these days don't use those 12v connectors anymore so if you don't have many sata power connectors, you'll need these to get them connected. |

Bought these when they were on sale for $0.99. I suggest stock up when you've got the chance. You never know when you need these, and it's better to have extras available.It's a bit short though, would've preferred longer. |

I had to use this for an old IDE hard drive. Worked like a charm, no problems with the power flow. It's a great little item for stuff like this. |
This works fine and is handy to have in a pinch, but really is rather expensive for what it is.But I guess when you need it, you don't have any other choice.I wish it was longer, as this would allow for easier cable routing, especially on new cases which allow you to route your cables behind the motherboard tray.
