Cons: - Noisy- Big- MAY cover one of your four slots of ram, in my case, using a GA-EX58-UD3R, it did not.

Pros: - Cools okay
Comment:
Good cooler, but change that fan! Please. The explanation on how to install it may be difficult, but once you find it, it's self-explanatory, so I won't remove a star for that one.

Cons: nothing really, extra fan clips would have been nice though.

Pros: cheap, effective, huge.
Comment:
finally replaced my stock intel cooler with this one. idle, my CPU would be 35C - 40C and under load would reach 55C. now with my mugen 2 my idle temps are 24C and under load go up to 32C after a few hours stress testing with prime 95. though i ditched the included thermal paste it came with and used arctic cooling's MX-2. cooling a Q9450 on a XFX 780i board. the product page on this site says it doesn't come with a 120mm fan when in fact it DOES come with one.

Cons: MASSIVESupplied fan is lame

Pros: Runs just as cool as a TRUEPrice
Comment:
The Mugen 2 may be one of the biggest heatsinks I've ever had the joy of installing, but what it lacks in small-ness it makes up for in pure cooling performance. I would recommend this product to anyone. Supplied fan is kind of lame, would recommend replacing it with something with a fan that pushes more air with more pressure.

Cons: Huge! Make sure your case is large enough. May also partially block RAM slots on some MBs. Installation took about an hour, which is not optimal, but as I said it is not coming off.

Pros: Rock Solid Assembly, its not coming off. So far very impressive results, max temps down 20C at stock for i7.
Comment:
This cost me under $50 with air shipping, and I am very impressed so far. Over-clocked to 3ghz with turbo-mode on extreme it hit 70c once. It would hit 80c easy with stock cooling at stock speeds, with no turbo-mode enabled.Highly-recommended for i7 setups, cheap and gets the job done, this a great upgrade over the stock cooler. Personally, I would take it to the next step, water cooling, if you feel you need to over clock past 3Ghz.

Cons: Bulky

Pros: Quiet, Effective
Comment:
Bought this for a AMD Phenom quad. Even in the summer when the ambient temp is around 35 degrees, the processor never gets above 40. The only real downside is the size of it, wouldn't recommend for a mini tower.

Cons: Very big

Pros: Cools like a champ, fits all socket, nice mounting system.
Comment:
I used it to cool an AMD 7750 CPU x 3.2GHz at 20C idle no cool n' quiet. Pretty silent too. I would not hesitate to purchase again but make sure you have a large case. The fit was extremely tight with my Asus Vento case. I couldn't fully shut the side panel lol.

Cons: MASSIVE (this thing is mainly used as a weapon??)Hard to install.

Pros: Massive, Cold, makes you feel safe upping the volts.
Comment:
Got this cooler for my i7 to keep it cold when running high speed. Well it does its job..heck it even does the job of a 100 dollar air cooler!

Cons: Large, makes access to some connectors difficult.Sharp, good for cutting skin from fingers.

Pros: Cools very well.
Comment:
Bought this for a friend to build an i7 rig. It cools very well, and keeps his stock i7 920 around 52 degrees on load. However, keep in mind that this cooler is about 1.5 times the width of a TRUE. Installing this on an ASUS Rampage II Gene motherboard blocked access to the first two ram slots (you will have to remove the fan to gain access to them). The size of the cooler also made it hard to push in the CPU power pins. That said, this is still one of the best choices for anyone looking for TRUE-level performance for a low price, as long as they don't take apart their system too often. Cons: sizeamount of paste is only good for one application

Pros: cheaplargeflexible set-up
Comment:
a very nice heatsink for the price. some of the latest review show that the mugen2 match the ultra and even beat it in some cases. i like the fact that the fans could be setup in any direction. although they should include another set of bracket for one more fan, most ppls who buy performance heatsink isn't going to be happy with just one fan set up and it is not like those bracket are expansive guys. but all in all i love this product.thx u scythe!!
