Pros: Works great, cools excellently, fairly cheap.
Comment:
Pretty great heatsink, especially for the low price. If you can pick it up on sale it's a very fantastic deal. Have a friend who 4 boxes Diablo 3 accounts and his CPU was running a tad hot, got this in and he's not having any problems now.

By turning the build-in controller knob towards low or high position, users can adjust the PWM speed operation range or the manual fan controller speed range as mentioned on the specifications.
