Great sounding little thing. Very easy to use also, and I'm not very computer literate. I changed to my own earbuds that fit me better. So glad I picked this MP 3. |

I wanted to be able to down load books and music. I didn't want to spend a great deal on a ipod. This guy works great, looks brand new. Has many more features that I'm still learning to use. The sound is very good also. I have bought several refurbished items with very good results. |

I see some say theirs broke. Sorry to hear; maybe the luck of the draw. Mine has been great. I'm a construction worker so you might know how much mine gets bumped around and dropped. |

I bought one of these for my husband for Christmas 2009. He is still using it several times a week with no problems. I bought one for myself a couple months ago and I love mine as well. Soooo easy to use. |

Sure, it's cheap....you get what you pay for. this thing is unreliable, doesn't work the micro-sd card well, and doesn't hold up with much use. |

I bought one of these a year ago for my wife for Xmas. It has worked flawlessly. I ordered one for myself, and a 4 GB Micro SD card. It turns out the one I got says Ver 2 on the back, but is actually ver 1. It can't use over 2 GB additional memory. The one I bought more than a year ago is a Ver2, so I put the 4 GB memory I bought into my wife's. So I am limited to 6 GB total. Still, a great deal on a good player. |

The refurbished MP3 player looked new. My daughter fell and broke the LCD screen of her old one, and hasn't found a replacement MP3 player she likes as much as this one. She was happy to get her old type back! |

I bought this as a gift for my 10 year old. I've had my own for over a year, works like a charm. Battery life is outstanding! |

Easy to load, easy to use. The sound is truly remarkable with a set of Klipsch earbuds. Good looking and tough. Wouldn't change a thing!! I hated my iPod and never used it. I carry this constantly. |

Flaunted my bargain to my two teens with 4gb Ipod Nanos which cost them 5x my price of 29.95 deal. Physical wheel on Sansa is smooth, solid, and to me is preferable to the Nano's touch wheel. Very easy to drag files onto Sansa: you don't even need to load special software if u don't want. Sound compared with my teens Ipods is just as good. Video not tried or converted, but I use it for music. |

Got one of these for myself last year, and loved it so much that I got one for my other this year. She's no technophile, but she's able to use this player with ease. I highly recommend it! |

Very happy with the MP3 Player, however, needed to go onto the internet to download an instruction manual - absolutely no paperwork whatsoever included with the unit. |

I recently bought a third one of these players. I have had my first one almost 3 years with not one problem from it. Last year i bought another for my daughter and this Christmas a third for my wife. These players do everything that a similar I pod does at quarter to third of the price. They are easy to hook up to the computer and easy to download onto. |

I got 2 of these for my kids, was able to load them up with music, pictures, and some videos. They work excellent, aside from choking up due to a bad file once in a while, but they are rugged and take the punishment of a 9yo and a 7yo, they've been dropped in snow, left out in the rain, and who knows what else. All in all, a great refurb for the money! |

This thing is small, although not as slim as a Nano, and the price is definitely right. 5 stars |

Works nicely. Good combination of value and features. Not high end, but has all simple features and the FM radio is nice to. Also can get arm band for few bucks and take to gym with ease. Very easy to use interface and buttons. |

I have two of these units and they work great. Easy to carry around and has a tuner for radio, voice recorderand plays video besides my MP3's. |
I bought this product for one main reason: its removable SD card. With multiple SD cards, there is no limit the the quantity of music or data you can carry. A few minor disappointments: the user interface is not very user friendly (compared to my other MP3 Player). Also, the scrolling wheel is nice but a little too high, which makes it difficult to access the 4 buttons around it (especially the left and right buttons). The play-pause button is also awkwardly placed: I would have preferred it in the big button at the center. Screen resolution is not very high, but overall a very good buy for the price (although I should have waited a week to buy it: the 8Gb is now the same price I paid for my 4Gb!)
