This dvd drive is great! Even though it took awhile to get working, (thanks to tech support for the help). In the end it worked. If you plan to use this with android device, go to samsung.odd.com and update the firmware for the dvd drive first, then put it in AV mode. Then you device will pick it up. |
I got this for my laptop which no longer has a disk drive. It works perfectly, just plugged it in and was able to write. I don't use it much, but it's been great. Nice brushed surface too, not a fingerprint magnet like some others are.
