I built an AMD shuttle a few years ago and it is still running strong. This Intel Shuttle is a little bigger, easier to assemble and has most of the features I would like in an inexpensive bare bones. I have been running it for a few weeks doing processor tests on it. It is quiet and works like a dream. It has enough power with the 3 GHz core 2 duo processor for everything I need. Works fine with WinXP too. All the drivers are AOK. I'd like to see an eSATA port on it.

You know how it is when a company starts off making a quality product, but over the course of a few years the product degrades. Well Shuttle has made this transition in a matter of months! This if by far the least quality of barebones stuff I have ever bought form Shuttle. Just a few months ago I purchase a Shuttle SG45H7. It was built with a strong shiny body, had CPU mounts for the fan, and was a peice of cake to assemble. This product is the flip side of the coin. NO CPU mounts, a much cheaper frame and poor construction. I am not buying any more of their products because I hate being decieved. This sould be honestly priced at 125.00. I am very dissappointed.
