Cons: -None

Pros: -Low Profile-Comes with a fan-All Copper
Comment:
This fan is an excellent replacement for my old 939 SB cooler that crapped out. It was an old nForce4 board and the fan went, it was easier to just replace the whole. Keeps the temps lower than before and is very quiet, everything is stable now.

Cons: -Noisy fan-Extremely hot without fan

Pros: -Low profile-Fits 680i LT SLI
Comment:
I had this heatsink on my 680i LT SLI's southbridge for the past 2 years. Worked perfectly for the first year, but then the fan broke. The fan cannot be removed and the heatsink gets extremely hot without it.

Cons: Non-standard fan size (not 40mm fan). Need fan controller or wire resistant to lower the speed of fan for better noise control.

Pros: Heavy and pure copper heatsink with quiet fan. Low profile for installing to chipset located under the video card slot.
Comment:
I tried to install this one to Gigabyte X58-UD7 north bridge to replace the build-in water block. But the pin hole did not fit. Finally installed this to Zotac H55ITX board as H55 chipset cooler. The build-in heatsink with Zotac logo plate on top which reduce the effective of the heatsink. With this chipset cooler, I felt more comfortable to overclock CPU and GPU.

Pros: Tiny, very efficiant.

What can I say, I have this on my 750i's southbridge sitting under a massive GTX280 Hydrocopper. There are no clearance issues, it works very well and keeps my temp lower than the stock cooler did. Excellent product the craftsmanship is easily noticed.

Cons: fits a bit too snug on my A8N-SLi board and the fan is a bit noisy

Pros: Works better than stock
Comment:
It fits not too well in my system and fan is noisy..would not purchase again. But it does have a nice heavy copper body though

Replacement for my southbridge chip on a XFX nForce 680i LT . Needed a quiet low profile cooling so I could install 9800 GTX+. Perfect Fit and can't hear it!!!

Cons: 40mm fan is loud, but that's to be expected out of a fan that size. It's not the loudest I've ever heard though, by any means, so it's a pretty weak weakness, I can't really fault it for it.

Pros: Good option for cooling the southbridge when water cooling the northbridge chipsetNice copper blockMultiple mounting pointsComes with a shim for around the chipset to ensure even heatsink applicationGood costFits under my graphics card
Comment:
This is a great product for cooling your southbridge chipset, especially when water cooling the northbridge. Fits under the graphics card on my motherboard perfectly, and mounting was easy with multiple mounting points available. Great copper block and relatively quiet for a 40mm fan. Highly recommended.

Cons: The pegs were too big to fit into the smaller holes on a Maxi Gamer 3D Prophet GeForce256 SDR card. As a result the holes on the heatsink are too far apart to fit the larger holes on the card without damaging or getting blocked by a component. I'll have to drill a hole closer to the fan on the heatsink.

Pros: Dimensions including fan 37mm x 37mm x 12mm, 65mm x 65mm end to end across arms, pictured fan included, all copper heatsink, fan uses 3pin TX3 connector with tachometer RPM sensor present, polished mirror surface ensures maximum thermal transfer, includes grey thermal paste, foam outline/shim (38mm x 38mm square perimeter and 26mm x 26mm square hole).Based on the noise level by ear the fan is probably 20dB-25dB. It sounds quieter than Antec TruePower Trio TP3-650 on low speed. You won't hear the fan inside a case plus the noise of other fans inside a computer will surely drown out this fan. For such a tiny thing it has pretty good airflow too, you can feel a good draft across the heatsink when the fan is running.Heavier than expected, was only $17

Although I havn't actually used this item yet I am very satisfied with the package. I'm definately going to buy a couple more. This review was modfied by poster t 04-25-08 09:40 PM This review was modfied by poster @ 04-26-08 09:45 AM

Cons: push pin doesn't fit perfectly, but still usable.

Pros: Good for the southbridge chip when you go watercooling (on other parts of course).
Comment:
This is a nice chunk of copper with a fan mounted. Unfortunately the fan is the loudest in my system (with 3 120mm fan and a pump). My concern is that the push pin could've been stronger, and the pin head is a bit too big for my 780i. I almost broke one push pin when I was forcing it to install. Fortunately no one was harmed.

Cons: -fan makes annoying whine (not loud... just annoying)-needs more push-pin holes and more angle support-shorted out something on my Striker Extreme SB

Pros: -low profile-descent cooling-multiple push-pin holes for compatibility-flat surface
Comment:
I purchased this as a temp solution as my HR-05 I bought did not have the right mounting hardware. I must say this heatsink is well made and does cool well for what it is. Also as promised it fits under any card that I could install in the system. However I found it not to be quite compatible with my Striker Extreme board. While it did fit, if I moved it at all it would short out the traces around the die on the SB and the push pins were spread tight. Also the versatile push-pin holes are only for hole distance... not angle to chip.

Cons: none

Pros: high quality build (forged design), flexible mounting options, very low - won't interfere with long graphics cards
Comment:
Purchased this unit for the Southbridge on my Asus Maximus Formula MB. Installation was very easy and it keeps the SB ~38C idle and 41C load. I liked how it was a forged design (more dense = better thermal conductivity). The fan runs ~8000 RPM but really can't be heard.
