Cons: Adjustable neck is flimsy.Loud on High.Died in 1 month after using it.

Pros: Good CFM.Blue LED Lights.Adjustable positioning.3 speed setting.

Bought an open-box online, received a b-new one and worked for about 1 month before the fan motor died. You have to screw it upright for stability. Worth the purchase on discount not worth it fill price. Satisfactory at best.

Cons: Does not cool so much

Pros: small, flexible and very beautiful blue led
Comment:
I bought the first one, but it was defective: this cooler has 3 speeds - low, medium and high. Well, the first that I received did not have the low speed. Ncix.com technical support was very nice, they replaced me very fast the defective item. I just installed on my PC the second one, but like I sad before do not expect that it will cool very much your system. However, I plugged in my PC to refresh a little my hard drive.

Cons: mount arm is perhaps an inch too shorthigh setting is very noticeable, low is silent but has minimal flow

Pros: decent leds, good airflow (maxed at 3200rpms)
Comment:
i purchased 2 spot cool fans, to aid my sli'd 560ti setup as the cards are sandwiched together and airflow to the top card is reduced. with one mounted on the side and on at the front (by power) i'm get good intake and exhaust pressure.Noticed a 10 degree difference on 560ti #1 on medium speed setting, less on #2 as it is unrestricted.NZXT Phantom, Sabertooth x58, SLI GTX560ti:Idle ~35-40 Celsius, Ingame ~60-75 Celsius(Medium setting on both Spot Coolers)

Cons: Doesn't stay put all that well.

Pros: Flexible cooling solution.BLue led
Comment:
The term spot cooling applies rather well. Applied this onto a motherboard to blow air over a passive GPU. WIth the right angle it blows air over the chipset & even the ram heatsinks too. Since the device pivots it grants pinpoint accuracy. THe blue led is a nice touch. This is a must have for any build. The cheapness on the stalk is the only negative. Once set, it tends to droop an inch or two when you let go. Ended up using a few thin threads (from a needle kit) to hold it in place.

Cons: 3-pin cable is too short

Pros: Flexible, good airflow, speed adjustable to your needs,
Comment:
I installed it right between my cpu heatsink and the graphic card. It help the flow within the case. It cooled my cpu lowering it by 2 degrees and my graphic card by 5 degrees. The LED can be annoying if u have a different LED color on your other fans. It took me some time to install it since I had to find an extension to the cable.

Cons: Adjustable plastic head mounting a little flimsy but it works

Pros: Provides a good spot cooling solution
Comment:
Mounted on my motherboard to provide additional cooling to the back of my 6970 video card. The three speed fan switch is nice to reduce fan speed and noise. I prefer low noise so I keep it set on the lowest setting. At this setting the fan can not be heard over the case fans.

Cons: Stem a bit shorter than I'd like.

Pros: Cools well.
Comment:
I've got a dual video card setup so I figured they could use more cooling. The stem not being as long as I'd like, I found to be a bit tricky to get in the right spot. I did eventually and it's been working good.

Cons: - Features 3 blue LEDs. Not a weakness for everyone, but I certainly don't like that. I've heard talk that they're easy enough to remove, though.

Pros: + Not too loud at all on low setting.+ Dropped temperatures on my Northbridge dramatically.+ Small and easy to mount--an ingenious design.
Comment:
This fan is fantastic. After setting up a new rig using a Corsair H70 I found my Northbridge temperatures to be extremely high, so I ordered one of these from NCIX. After installing it in my system, my Northbridge temps are back into more than tolerable temperatures, and that's at the low setting.I'm extremely pleased with it.

Cons: power wire is a little too shortled can't be switched off

Pros: very quietcan be mounted anywhere, and be in any positionbright led's3 speed fan
Comment:
this is a very cool fan, can be positioned to cool anything, very quiet at low speed, and can be at high speed for better cooling, although its loud at high speed, and the leds are very bright, some people might not like it though, overall i love this fan

Review Date: 11/04/10
Cons: a little bit big, bearing noise, bright LEDs

Pros: relatively quiet on low, good airflow on high
Comment:
For anybody that's wondering, the fan is ~80mm and with the frame, ~90mm. Not exactly small but not impossibly huge either. But at that size it gives a good balance of static pressure and versatility with a minimal dead zone behind the fan hub.The fan hub is see through, and looking at the design, it doesn't look like a ball bearing fan, but it sure sounds like one. It's quiet enough on low, but the bearing makes a lot of noise. The LEDs are pretty bright, might be annoying for some people, but it can really light up your case. The range of motion is fairly large. I don't see the point of being able to rotate the fan in the frame though, you can point it anywhere you can turn it.

Cons: Loud on the highest RPM, very bright blue LED, doesn't look that cool and unsleeved cable.

Pros: flexible, durable, high air flow on highest speed, able to go in awkward areas where the generic fan wouldnt be able to go. Goes anywhere a screw can go.
Comment:
So far i've not had any issues with the fan. It is able to go in weird areas and you can angle the fan using the flexible metal wire cable AND you can rotate the fan itself to certain angles.

Cons: -Noisy on the highest setting (not needed for my chipset, it's running cooler than the stock fan which was mounted directly on the heatsink)

Pros: -Price-Very flexible (no pun intended, useful in so many ways and bendy too!)-Looks cool-Cools well
Comment:
This is an awesome little cooler for the price! It can work in almost any setup; I bought one of these to replace the whiny chipset fan that came with my DX58SO motherboard and it works like a charm... Plus it looks cool (matches the other blue led's in my system) and you can use it for almost anything! My buddy has one of these in his lanbox... Works awesome for tight setupsUsing a standard screw you can bolt one of these over your hard drives, video card, chipset, ram, anything you can think of... and they're cheap! Amazing device, wish Zalman / Coolermaster would get in on this.5 stars for an awesome product!

Cons: None.

Pros: Provides cooling to a specific area.

I bought one of these while on a trip to Vancouver. For the price of roughly $10 I thought it would be sufficent to cool my RAM. At the lowest speed setting it only slightly adds to the noise level in my system.

I bought this small fan to keep my mobo chipset cool. Since it is a x58 the chipset is firehot, I didn't wanted to go water for the chipset so I got this fan. it does the job pretty well. Because its a hard place to reach it was the best item I could find for that purpose.

Cons: Flexible (cheap) plastic make the FAN easely mouve from the center support.Fan make clicking noises after a couple mounths.

Pros: It's perfect for the northbridge, southbridge, and mosfet heatsinks cooling needs. You can push the air where you want to.
Comment:
The noises after a couple mounths is bad, but it's a overall good cooling FAN for everything you want to; (northbridge, southbridge, and mosfet heatsinks)Would Purchase Again, if really needed.

Cons: The "low" fan speed setting isn't very low.

Pros: Appearance, price on sale, performance, versatility
Comment:
Great little product. I'm using it to cool my northbridge heatsink on a couple different systems. My only gripe is that I had to use a resistor to further reduce the speed of the "low" fan speed setting, because it was the loudest part of the whole system, even on "low".
