This is a rock solid modular PSU. The cables are good quality and snap in place without any issue on either end of the cable. The fan operates quietly and there is no noticeable coil whine to date (you can hear a little if you put your ear right up to it).The only issue I have with this PSU is that a few of the cables are quite short and don't reach to the top of a mid-tower case. |
80+ Gold is very efficient and outputs low heat. It's made by Seasonic so you know its built with quality parts and they really do make reliable PSU's and have great customer service and long warranties. something to always consider when buying a PSU as its one of the things that can fail most often.
