Good value at Ű.99! Very quiet! Almost inaudible... truly wait I believe it is inaudible. (Sticks ear up to case, wait... wait...) Yeah, nearly inaudible... Adore this fan! For the price also?! What!? Its a no brainer. Scythe rocks my socks! My scythe case fans are possibly my most significant ingredient to reaching a quiet computer! None. I bout the Scythe S-Flex for ร.99 (newEgg of course) and its rated a couple decibel quieter and moves a small much less air but jeeez! They both are practically inaudible, ones ฤ the other individuals ű. Assume it via.

Very quiet. Moves decent air for the noise level as well. Wouldnt advise it be the ONLY fans in the case. They make Amazing additions to the Antec 1200 although since it can support two far more fans than what it comes with. With the way the Antec 1200 is designed, adding two of these fans dropped my cpu and video card temps by 6c below load. Fairly massive drop.

Silent and moves a great bit of air. I'm employing it on a Thermalright XP-120 in an HTPC. It is so substantially quieter now. None.

It is extremely quiet. Nearly entirely silent. I was expecting it to push much more air (like 30-40% more). I don't feel its truly ൰CFM", appears to be an overstatement. Ought to've bought 1200 rpm version.New smaller sized hub design genuinely shines - fan is fairly a lot 'dead' silent.

Incredibly quiet. You can barely hear them operating. I have 2 ot them. A single mounted as the intake and the other as the exhaust in an older PIII program. They move adequate air that the ambient temp inside the case stays low sufficient that the energy supply fans remain at minimum rpm where they make really small noise.I would not recommend working with them as the intake fan to cool multiple Seagate Cheetah's, although. They don't move that significantly air. None so far. Two months of use so far and they are just as quiet now as they were out of the box. As a person else observed in their assessment, when you shut the energy off, these fans continue to coast for many seconds before coming to rest. They look to be really properly balanced with outstanding bearings, which would appear to indicate good issues for their longevity.

Really quiet! Closest to silent of any fan I have ever utilised! None I didn't bother to connect this to a motherboard fan connector with speed control. It's just operating at full all the time and is nevertheless almost silent.

these fans are superb. they don't actaully push a massive quantity of air, but i don't even hear them any longer, allowing me to hear my harddrive clearly now and a much better music listening knowledge on the computer. i wish they look a bit nicer.

Incredibly quiet. Nearly silent. Has excellent airflow too. I really like it. 3 pin for motherboard handle, 4 pin if you want it on continually or if your motherboard has no additional three pins. Absolutely none. I miss the leafblower sound of my other fans :-(

The fan is quite very and comparatively low-cost. Don't be fooled by the price. I had 2 in my computer system case, immediately after 2 months 1 began vibrating so much the noise became unbearable. I believed that it was a fluke. However, the second, just shy of 1 year, also failed (in my opinion) by squeaking every single few seconds. Fantastic fans, but not worth the trouble of installing, and failing in such a short quantity of time.

Very quiet. If I have been performing an HTPC I'd completely use one or two of these. Current usage is as a front-of-case fan, and there's no noticeable noise enhance from my case. It's blowing more than my HDD, and dropped its temp 7-10 degrees Celsius! None for me. But if you're carrying out serious overclocking don't anticipate this to rock your globe by itself ... you'll most likely want one thing with a larger RPM. Most likely one of the greatest price/performance alternatives out there.

Bought three of these for a new method, only ended up making use of 2. Actually, when the case is closed they can not be heard. They don't blow a ton of air, but my setup has a low end processor and 5 challenging drives and this works completely. Would be good if it came with some rubber grommets to assist mount it. It does come with self-tapping screws though. Doesn't blow a lot of air. Doesn't come with any rubber grommets.

It is actually silent. Its cord is too short, it will only attain a mobo fan header if the header is truly close to the fan. I had to use the power provide extension cable that came with it even though I wanted to energy it thru the mobo. But the extension cable has a sort of appendix that will permit you to connect the speed-sensing wire to the mobo header even if you power it directly from the PSU. I hope the silence lasts. I'll be actually sorry that I didn't go with a additional trustworthy brand if it starts to rattle immediately after a few weeks of use.

Purchased two of these, Excellent make top quality, really quiet, easy to set up. Doesn't preserve the temps particularly low, so if you are organizing on performing big overclocking, you are going to need to have much more than two. Strong, quiet fans, for a decent cost.

10db is questionable, but this fan is incredibly very. I hear my hard drives operating soon after I place these fans in(intake & exhaust) 40cfm? This fan does not move anymore than 20-30cfm. My energy provide fan started to run tougher mainly because hot air was rising to the supply alternatively of obtaining blown out by my exhaust fan. Then once more... perhaps the explanation I'm in a position to hear my power provide run tougher is simply because these Scythe fans are just seriously fairly. If you want a fairly fan, this is it.

Purchased three and all are quieter than the CPU Fan and the pre-existing antec case fans in my Antec 300 case. currently had 2 case fans and with three a lot more ƒ front, 1 side), the laptop runs excellent. It's extremely quiet. The fans had been strong solid strong. Would obtain again. I could not hear the fans when holding my ears two feet from the case. Wish the screws have been black as they now stick out a bit on the side of my black Antec case for the side vent. The scythe label on the center of the fan faces the path the wind pushes towards. So when I installed these fans,
