When we first received this motherboard we were unable to install Windows 2008 on it. We were then told it was not a server motherboard. We were about to return it when we thought we'd check with the manufacturer and wow... did we get some superb support. They actually built a duplicate of our system, memory, hard disks, etc. and came back with several suggestions. First that we needed to get the latest bios which we did. Second that once the bios was updated not to disable anything when installing 2008. And when we did that windows 2008 installed perfectly. On a server there are things that are not needed so we usually just disable them before doing the installation but we were advised that Windows does an agressive check for all hardware and thus disabling items would cause issues on a server platform. So all in all we were mightily impressed with their support and thus would thoroughly recommend this motherboard.

V8 is serving me well. Video streaming is awesome . Running 3682MHz stable at 5-5-5-15. Unlocked other 2 cores on my 555 with no problem, but I like dual core better. Temps run at 23c unloaded and 30c fully amped with room temp at 73f. Thanks, you are the greatest.

I have had a heck of a time trying to get all 4 banks of memory to be recognized by the system. All the DDR2 800 MHz mem boards are good. 2 work just fine. Unable to get support on this :(

I wanted something that would take what I have now and handle the planned upgrades. I put in 4GB of crucial RAM. currently running an Athlon II dual core, upgrading to a phenomII X4. Lots of great features. looking forward to getting video cards for the crossfire.

I do not post a review until I have had a chance to use the product. I bought this as a combo. Used a new hd, Clean install of Win7. Could not get past the check equipment screen. Started tracking it down, determined it was the cpu. Got another identical cpu, same problem. Put an older chip in, it worked. However tech support with mb company has not gotten me anywhere, and I sit with two good chips, and a crappy MB. when I get the money, I will buy anothe mb, but not from this manufacturer.

ACC unlocked 6mb L3 cache on a AII x4 620. Worried about the brand at first, performance proves otherwise. Great buy, since Nvidia doesn't have a MB or GPU that currently touches ATI. Take it from a once Nvidia fanboy.

I really wanted a board with 2 IDE headers, but I could not find one. I had to settle for this, which turns out to be fairly good. I am glad that it had 6 SATA. Was really easy to assemble and worked great.

Had no problems with the install, posted right away, installed windows7 up and running right off the start. The only thing, I could not get windows7 to recognize the hybrid crossfire setup.

This motherboard installed into my case perfectly. Loaded up the drivers smooth as silk and was running the Windows 7 OS with no gliches. But what was the best was their tech.help people.I always got through to them and they helped me with the question I had and walked me through any bios changes I did. They are the best!

If there are any negatives to this board it is that I was surprised when I installed my 2nd ATI 4670 1GB card that my Vista graphics rating did not increase. However, the performance did increase, so that might just be windows failure in recognizing 2 GPU's. The DCCFX P2 card that comes with it works great if your just running one card or you haven't ordered your 2nd card yet. Overall I would recommend this board and give it a 5 star rating across the board (no pun intended).

Good basic motherboard. The angled SATA connectors are a bit of a pain to work with once the motherboard is in the case, and the 12V CPU power connector is not conveniently placed (power cord gets jammed up between the heatsink & fan and the power supply). Other than that, it was a pretty easy install with no driver issues. Has been running stable for me so far.

I got this from the Monster deal that was going on. Perfect optimization for gamers. Windows 7 loaded perfectly and runs as smooth as silk. The sound from this MoBo is excellent and better than I would have thought. The 7.1 makes it even better. Not sure about the video though. I slapt a EVGA Nvidia GeForce 9500 GT in it.
