I recently purchased a TB-20EL for under $20 and found it had features that I needed. I paired it up quickly and starting using it with no problems. Voice quality is good, fits well in my ear and has excellent volume controls. Only drawback is I have to recharge it daily. This is my 5th BT headset and perhaps the best for the cost! With today's economy I'm glad I saved money and got a good BT headset - my hat goes off to True Blue

I just received the TrueBlue TB-20EL with my phone from Wirefly. It does not stay charged long. I like the quality of sound. But it has problems with the charge. I thought that I was doing something wrong until I read these reviews.

I got 3 of the TB20EL from wirefly and none of them work. They all have problem with being charged fully. This device has a special way of charging, you place the headset into a charging craddle. In order for this to be charged properly, the contact needs to be maintained continuously for 2 to 4 hrs. My experience with this is the contact required for the device being charged never maintain for more than 10 mins. I have taken up this issue with both Wirefly, and True Blue the manufacture that make this headset and never get satisfied answer from either of them. Do yourself a favor, stay away from True Blue TB20EL.

I like the headset itself just fine for the price. It paired well with my phone and I have no issues with people hearing me or me hearing them. I do wish it would stay charged for a longer period of time. I normally have to charge it daily. At the very least it would be nice if it would let me know when it is ready to lose charge. The reason I gave it a lower rating is because of the clip that attached the headset to the ear piece. My son and I both got one of these a month ago with our phones and all the clips (the originals and the extra in the box) have all broken when placing the clip gently on the unit. I have written the company for some new clips, but I wonder how long those will last. I see some people saying you do not need the earpiece, but it does not stay in my ear well without it. The range does leave more to be desired. I cannot walk more than 20 ft away from my phone before it beeps incessantly- but then again, it is not an expensive headset.

Looked Great, Sounded Great,... on-line. But performed poorly. No problem pairing. High static listening. Reciever said I was muffled. Mic eventualy failed. Upgrading to more quality is best choice.

I bought this headset when I owned an LG phone and it worked great. However when I switched phones to Motorola it doesn't want to seem to work unless the phone is within 2 feet of the earpiece. It is small and very comfortable to wear when you are using the earbud alone witch I prefer. All in all it worked great for one phone but that was it.

I purchase this item two months ago. i really liked the fact i can wear the piece without having something hanging on my ear. the downside it stop working. i would keep it charge but it just stop working.

the trueblue was a bluetooth that really suprised me. i always buy the newest and this one was one that i really liked. the feature that you can wear it with out having to put a piece of plastic over your ear was a nice touch, that way your glasses if you wear any dont end up all crooked. the clarity is good and people still hear u a little distant, but that is the main issue with all the bluetooth earpieces i have ever owned. for the price u can't beat it. the only sad thing is that it's so small that you need to becareful not to lose it.

Bought two devices and neither worked properly. There was always static and always had poor connection if any. Very disappointing. What can you expect for $19?

This is a great little headset, it is just that (little) about the same size as the BlueAnt Z9. But the best thing is, that it only costs a fraction of what most smaller bluetooths cost. Over all GREAT!
