Me and my roommate use these for CoD, I honestly find them lacking in sound quality and comfort. Wouldn't recommend.

Great sounding, Great looking headset. I know it is made for PS3/XBOX360 but I'm using it for PC and I like it.

The reviews are accurate; these things are amazing. Currently have my PS3, 360 and HTPC all hooked up to my TV by HDMI, and the Optical audio from my TV going out to the PX5 box. Optical audio Our from the PX5 then goes to my stereo amp, so I can listen to anything I'm playing/watching through the either headset or my stereo without having to reconfigure anything. The quality is amazing. With the different presets you can instantly adjust the sound to suit whatever game or movie you're playing/listening to, and the mic is removable for times when you don't need it. Haven't tried connecting it to my Nexus One yet, but from reviews, I should be able to connect it to my phone while playing and have calls come through the headset. Very comfortable to wear, and build quality is good. The RF transmitter box even has a hook on the top to place the headphones when you're not using them. These things might be more expensive than the rest, but you get what you pay for, and these are definitely worth it (got them at $50 off too). And they work with everything. The only thing I would really change about them would be to add a built in Li-ION battery, and make them rechargeable by USB. Other than that, totally worth it.

Cons: Price point, 'AA' batteries

Pros: Amazing sound, easy setup, tonnes of presets, mutil-platform support, blue-tooth connectivity

Just bought this headset for $199 off NCIX. was tentative at first but heard tonnes of great reviews about it. After having them and actually using them now I can safely say for once the reviews have been accurate! It's awesome! If you wanna test it out, throw on metal gear solid 4 on your ps3 and wait for the Dolby logo sound to do it's thing and you'll hear the difference. If you're still not impressed play the game and just hearing the footsteps will blow you away! Only bad thing, AA batteries! Come on, the Logitech F540 is rechargeable! It's s little heavy too but after having it on for a bit you'll forget it's there. I'd highly recommend it!! Cheers!

Cons: -Not rechargeable-Poor MIC Quality on the PC

Pros: -Works on PC, PS3, 360-Wireless

Although great headsets, for the price I expected better. It has some cool features like connecting your phone via bluetooth which will ring to your headset even if mid game. When you answer the call you can hear the caller very clear and at the same time you can still hear your game at a very low sound. Neat!Sound quality is good, but lacks in the bass. You can play with the presets for better bass.Disappointed that the headset did not come with a plug and play cable that recharges the batteries as you play. Has auto shutoff to save on battery life. The Mic Presets are fun to play with. You can make yourself sound like a chimp-monk (high voice) or a monster (low voice). If the headset was $100 cheaper i'd be satisfied with my purchase. To use the microphone on the PC you will need a bluetooth EDR adapter, around 10$. I purchased the ASUS EDR Bluetooth adapter and my online friends say my MIC sounds cheap. Not sure if it's the bluetooth adapter or if the mic just sucks.I haven't used the headsets for movies or music yet, mostly just gaming on the 360 and PC.

Cons: ~breaks up a little when walking room to room around house~no app to change presets on your ps3, need to temporarily connect it with a usb cord to your pc for that.

Pros: ~compatible with PS3/Xbox/pc or anything with optical out~battery powered (can be rechargeable)~completely wireless on the ps3 (mic wire needed for xbox)~lightweight and comfortable~wifi interference of previous model issue resolved~looks MUCH better in person than in photos~oh, and great omnipresent 3d sound

I am really liking these after ruling out every other pair of gaming headphones i had considered. I wanted wireless with both ps3 and pc compatibility and these do it all. Even plugs into my digital tv box's optical port. The biggest competition was from the Astro A40's, which I hear might have a little richer bass - but for ps3 you need a wire to attach the mic and they have a wired amp that dangles almost a meter off their set. Although the PX5's defined bass is still more than adequate, it's strength lies in the clear crisp mids which is great for gaming and movies. The preset sound feature could be quite interesting, TurtleBeach is working with game devs to create  unique sound profiles for their games tweaked by the developers themselves. Dead Space 2 have just create d 8(?) profiles for the PX5 and I'm anxious to try them out. They're around 250$ and you get what you pay for, not just in great 3d gaming/music/movie sound - but in a rich feature set (wireless, bluetooth, presets, voice morphing, mic, useful vocal prompts, etc. etc.) You can even connect to any bluetooth phone, and with sound cancelling technology you can tell your boss you're home sick without having to stop playing as s/he won't hear a thing! They're full cup earcovers, but you can still hear everything around you through the foam so you loose no situational awareness. I keep finding I forget I'm actually wearing a headset at all, with the comfort, lightness and ambient 3D sound. The PX5 might not be considered the defacto audiophile headset such as the Seinhauser wired options, but for a couch or desk gamer these are a treat!

Comment:
This headset works exactly as described. Great surround sound performance, connects to PS3/XBox 360 and cell phone simultaneously. I had no problems with RF interference from my wifi router. I would recommend this headset. This is my second set of wireless surround sound headphones from Turtle Beach, and they have both been great quality.
