Cons: -some parts are cheap plastic, mine actually came with the top of the case broken.-instructions are terribly crappy.

Pros: -feels solid-comes with around 6 fans-lights
Comment:
Its a nice case, but for the price you can get much better ones, like the CM 690 II advanced. I should have gotten that one for my friend. This is a decent case, has alot blue lighting. Can hold eight HDD's with its 2 HDD cages. 5870 Fits in there, and probably a 5970 too. Mine came with the plastic part of the top broken so it was loose. Super glue will probably take care of it but I'm not impressd.

Cons: really heavyplastic parts

Pros: lots of space great coolingquiet for 6 fans(all included)
Comment:
I really love my case so far but some of the platic parts feel cheap. A plastic clip broke off but NZXT has great customer support so i received another cover from them. I just wished it had a better cable management as i ended up modding it for better wire management.

Cons: Nothing....Inside not painted all pretty-like though.

Pros: Everything. Looks/Performance/Dust Filters are Awesome.
Comment:
I NEVER write reviews but I have to for this one.Best value you'll ever get in a case. It's attractive, big (will fit those EATX mobo's), the dust filters are ingenious, and tons of fans (quiet too). I know I'm missing some other awesome features.I'm glad I picked this one over some of those more expensive cases. If NZXT can keep producing these products at these prices, they'll have a customer for life right here and probably many more.

Cons: -fans have no speed control and offer little cable management possibilities. LOUD at default speed.-front panel audio port is recessed a small bit, making it hard for many audio plugs to fully plug in; very annoying.-the metal panels on the case are a bit thin, so they flex a bit, sometimes making a flexing noise when moving the case around.-the power supply lacks a bottom air vent, so you may have to turn your power supply upside down for it to get proper ventilation. meh. -dust still will get in; no air filter on side panel-rubber feet rip off easy -not completely screwless-interior case color is not black; ugly gray instead-cable management options could of been a bit better-motherboard tray is not removablable and it does not offer easy access to rear of motherboard once installed (ie: no CPU cooler rear retention screw access)

Pros: -lots of decent case fans, so good air flow is almost guaranteed.-relatively inexpensive for its class and its often on sale-fairly good looking considering the price; gamer stylings.-air filters included where sensible -watercooling friendly-RAID friendly-spacious-power supply installs at bottom-front panel power/usb/audio/esata easy to reach -easy hard drive installation-some basic cable management options

I bought this case on sale; $60 after rebate; well worth the price. I have yet to see the $30 rebate arrive however.Since my old mid-tower case was too small to fit a water-cooling unit i bought, I decided to give this case a shot. It is a bit longer than what I needed, but that extra length made cable management a bit easier. Everything now fits just fine. All the fans seem to be of decent quality, but without a fan controller to limit their RPM, they would be too loud for normal use. Luckily I had one already. At 1200 RPM they sound like a tempest, but at 750RPM they are quiet enough for meOverall, I'm happy with the case; it does everything I need and it didn't cost me a lot. It ain't perfect and it doesnt offer really anything special, but it does the job. Looks better than most cases too; its just a bit big for most people's needs.

Cons: Holes provided for cable routing is no where near sufficient, not enough space between back plate and case wall for cable mgmt.

Pros: Comes with great accessories; ALL THE FANSModerately easy to installLighting is uniqueeSATA on front
Comment:
Good case, plenty of air flow. Comes with all fans, quiet too. However, the two front fans make whiny noise due to the terribly shaped checkered-grill (look at pictures from reviews) that blocks a lot of air. If you're handy I recommend cutting out the grill for better airflow and lower noise. Many bays for expansion, tool-less HDD and CD-ROM install.Good case if on sale.

Cons: Gets kinda dusty, harder to clean it out. Fans are loud, ima get a fan controler.

Pros: Lots of fans, good material, dust filters on front, lots of room. Nice blue color.
Comment:
I am very happy with this case no trouble with it other than a little dust getting in it, but i have it running almost 24/7 so that is expected.

Cons: no removable motherboard tray

Pros: looks great, great airflow, solid construction
Comment:
i was very happy with this, built my new rig with it. lots of room, support for 8 harddrives which seems excessive for a gamers case but somebody out theres gonna be happy. cable management could be better but i was able to hide 80% of my cables. also would recommend buying a nice fan controller because although the fans themselves arent too loud. no need to run 6 fans at full rpm 24/7. great case would buy again

Cons: Front fans are somewhat noisy.Only 2 dust filtersCable management should be better, but it took me a while (3+ hours)No hole on the left side to route the 8-Pin motherboard cable for cable management. It's heavy not a good case for portability.

Pros: Fits Nvidia Gtx2806 case fansAirflowLow tempsManual and screws were all in there and labeledUSB and headphones front panelFits huge aftermarket CPU coolersBarely notice any dust in the caseLED's are not painful to look atTool less installation for dvd drives and hard drives. No vibration (4 plastic pads are on the bottom of the case)
Comment:
If you are on a budget and planning on getting nice case that will fit everything without modification then this is it.It looks nice, performs good. Already includes 6 fans. Two huge 140 mm exhaust on top and 4 120 MM with the side panel having a nice blue LED. 2 fans in front have Blue LED'S to, you don't notice them unless you look at it head on.Used this for one month and a half and didn't see a build up of dust inside it the two dust filters in the front work great. It wasn't as loud as I thought it would be.My only complaints are the fans don't seem to be pushing/pulling a lot of air. And sometimes I hear clicking noises from the fans motor it seems (I need to put my ear really close to it to hear it clearly) It's not noticeable when playing games or watching movies on speakers. I have contacted NZXT customer service regarding this but to no avail.Overall this is a great case for the price that I got it with price match. Here is my spec:Intel i7BFG Gtx 280Asus p6t vanillaOCZ Gold OCZ3G1600LV6GK 6GB DDR3 3X2GB DDR3-1600Noctua NH-U12P SE1366Auzentech X-Fi Forte This review was modfied by poster @ 05-05-09 04:19 PM

Cons: - No removable motherboard tray

Pros: - Tons of airflow- Very stylish LEDs- Lots of included fans- Front includes filters- Full extended ATX size will fit large graphics cards
Comment:
Everyone inevitably compares this case to the Antec Nine Hundred. I'd have to say that the included filters and the setup of this case make it the superior case, but you might want to hold out for a weekly special to justify the difference in price between the two. It's a large case with lots of fans. I'm not going to complain about weight or size because people buying a case like this probably want to jam in a monstrous CPU cooler with a giant video card and multiple hard drives. This will fit it all.

Cons: - No motherboard tray

Pros: - Big- Lotsa fans- Nice blue leds
Comment:
It was a pleasure building a computer using this case. it's very big, it will dwarf a mATX case! Lotsa fans to keep things cool. Like always with cases where the power supply sits at the bottom, make sure you get a PSU that has long extentions. Would recommend if your into cool cases.

Cons: Weight

Pros: Cooling, strength, space.
Comment:
This is the second NZXT case that I have owned. The Zero being the first. This case has excellent cooling and lots of space for all your components. It is also a very strong case. Would have like to see some aluminum in it though to make it lighter. It is very heavy by itself and the extra weight of the components will not make it any easier to carry. Overall a very good case. Would definitely buy again.

Cons: - limited cable management- terrible way to attach the front panel- other minor things that remind you you didn't pay a fortune for this great case

Pros: + Insane airflow+ complete set of fans + front air filters+ spacey
Comment:
For its price (and not only), this case is maniacal. If you're intent on using air cooling, NZXT has the right thing for you with the Tempest. Surprisingly, even with all the fans on the case is reasonably quiet, but if you wans silent operation you'll have to look elsewhere or get a fan controller. This case's cable management features are a bit limited, but it's roomy enough to let you route without clutter.Overall, it's a nice and easy case to work with, with only one major problem - the front panel is attached via plastic clips. You have to use a fair deal of force to remove it, and you need to do that every time you wish to remove a HDD cage, clean the air filters, or add anything to the front bays.
