Cons: PriceyNon-removable monopole antennaes

Pros: Super low ping!Easy setup, maintenance, IP address reservations and port forwarding options!
Comment:
I'm going to start off by saying this is the best router I've ever had the pleasure of using. It replaced a TP-Link that I was personally having no issue with, but which my roommates complained about because they said it dropped the signal. I was wired in to the TP, so I experienced no such issues. This is a dual band router and I got it because of the dual band, the N wireless and the three monopole antennaes which I believed to be removable.I was disappointed that these were not removable, but since I have found an alternate way to boost the amplify the signal, I was undaunted. After plugging in, I found I could regularly get pings as low as 5 on L4D2 servers that were across national borders. This should come as no surprise since modems and routers generally have more effect on latency than distance to the provider. In short, this is freaking fantastic and easy to use. I experienced a bug in L4D2 which was quickly fixed by researching which ports needed to be forwarded and reserving an IP for my desktop's MAC address (my first time doing it and the router made it simple) and I was back online in less than 15 minutes blowing away zombies.Well worth the purchase, though it was still more than I would like to have paid. Sometimes you get what you pay for and you really do if you buy this somewhat pricey unit!

Cons: The documentation is skimpy. no GBlan sockets.

Pros: Strong signal. Passable interface. No dropped signal. Atractive case.
Comment:
This was purchased as a replacement for a major brand unit 2 years old which dropped signals and had to be cold rebooted every time. So far the Trendnet has run without a hitch. A couple of times a week it blips off but then immediately resumes itself.
